Customer service has been great so far. They answered my questions and guided me through the purchase process. 4-stars for now since I need to give it more time to see how it actually works but so far, the design is genius since you're sure that the medication is actually getting in.

Took a chance on this after spending…
Took a chance on this after spending way too much on stuff that didn't work. The concept made sense to me — actually getting the serum past your scalp instead of just rubbing something on top. Three months in and I'm seeing legitimate new growth. No side effects, no weird residue. The 120-day guarantee took the risk out of it. Solid product, solid company.
