It was actually a great deal of help and the 4 7 8 breathing i do Everytime I get anxious it's incredibly helpful, the only problem I have with it is the price if it was free I would definitely do it. I just have no income.
I’ve tried just reading about flying to cure my fear, but it never stuck. FlightPal is different. The 30-day program is well laid out and only takes about 10 minutes a day, so it’s easy to stick with. It helped me understand why I have anxiety and gave me actual tools to manage it. The app is user-friendly and fun to interact with, which is not something I expected from a self-help program. I feel hopeful about flying for the first time in years .

I’ve been a fearful flyer for decades. I started FlightPal before a long trip. It truly helped me and even during turbulence, which is my trigger, I was able to withstand it calmly and used the tools provided by FlightPal. Highly recommend.

Using Flight pal has helped me to look at my fear of flying in ways I hadn’t thought of before, and helped me to approach it from different perspectives. This is something I didn’t realise I’d needed to do all these years! It’s the combination of fact-based education and CBT techniques such as breathing exercises etc, that make it such a unique experience. I’ve now got actual tools for managing my upcoming flights and feel so much less stressed when thinking of flying.

I’m only a couple days in, and I already feel like this is something that really helps! The Flighty chat and Day 1 module made me feel heard, not judged. It’s rare to start something and feel immediately hopeful. But that’s how this feels.

I’ve only been working with this system for a week but it has already made such a difference in helping me understand why I have flight anxiety and giving me tools to work through my feelings. The program is well laid out, fun to interact with and is very user friendly! I am so happy that I’m using this to get over my fear of flying and hope that others discover how helpful it is.
