The item I ordered was shipped from China so it took 29 days from start to receiving the item. very disappointed in the complete process as well as the quality of the product.

Stay very far away from this company
Stay very far away from this company! They do a bait and switch on prices and subscriptions. Then they make you jump through hoops to cancel. You can’t do it from your account. You have to email them requesting it. Then they will send you a link to a page to enter your email to get yet another link specifically to cancel. Then you have to scroll way down past a bunch of nonsense to find the cancel my subscription button. THEN you have yo go through about 6 pages of yes I still want to cancel!

Update: finally replied told me it will take 15 days, plane with package left china yesterday. They really need to be transparent and let you know how long it will really take when you order!
Made an order without checking this site and realized they have no rating and sure they are scammers cause it’s been a week since they took my money and have not made a label nor sent anything and I have emailed them but have not received anything no response no refund nothing!!!!!
