Please please avoid this company. I purchased the subscription $24.99 with an every 3 month refill on march 13th. Therefore I shouldn’t be billed before 3 months. But today april 12th I received a payment on my credit card of $33.96 a refill 3 month subscription that I have no idea about. It’s impossible to get customer survive or cancel it online. Trust these subscriptions issues reviews!!! I wish I had taken the time to read them before.

I cancelled my subscription in November and they still sent refills and will not let me return them.

I gave in to the Internet hype, and purchased. The powder comes out in clumps (yes I shook the bottle), rather than an actual spray, so I had to spread it around my face, and it was messy. And the actual device itself is no different than the ones you can purchase in a 4 pack at your local shopping center for less. The internet adds are what sold me… but in the end, I won’t purchase again.

SCAM- says there are no returns, customer service doesn’t get back with in the return window and fraudulently says No Returns even though there are instructions on how to contact CS for shipping label.

I’ve had such a great experience with this subscription! Easy to pause, order extra and so on. I feel completely in control. Having a reminder email before the next reoccurring order goes through is so helpful.

The product is hands down the best of all I’ve tried, not all dermaplane products are the same and it’s worth it (to me!!)

I love Jill! The dermaplaning kit is so easy to use and gentle on the skin not to mention the customer service is unmatched! I highly recommend using this product regularly and they make it so easy to purchase and set up/cancel your monthly subscription.

I love Jill Razor! I have used drug store razors and they dont compare to how well the handle and the blades work on the skin from Jill. Not onlg does it clme with a larger blade, Jill also includes a smaller razor blade. Such a smoother glide and I absolutely love the the hair ID spray. The handle is seriously my favorite part as it sits in my hand just right with no pointed end like some drug stores.

Love this system!! I had no idea there was so much hair on my face. The hair id is a complete game changer and it’s so satisfying removing all the hair! The blades are gentle and effective and exfoliate so my skin feels soft and my makeup just looks so much better. The dermaplaning mask is perfect for post shave-very gentle, no burning, lots of moisture and glow. Highly recommend this system!!

Love this product! It is made so well, the handle is sturdy and the blade does a great job at getting all my peach fuzz. And the hair identifier helps to see those hairs even better! Highly recommend!

I 100% notice the difference between cheap dermaplane razors and the Jill razors. Especially since the new Jill 2.0 came out! The new razors are gental on your skin, but also get a nice shave and helps leave your skin smooth. Other razors you get at like a drug store are harsh on your skin and don't do as good of a job

Jill is a reliable source for facial razors for women. Look, we’ve all bought the cheapie ones from Amazon, but these are high quality and give you a luxurious experience with consistent results time after time. Yes, I do get a subscription, but I’ve never had trouble pausing or changing my order. Really happy with Jill.

I have tried other face razors that have irritated my skin and we're painful with some course hair that grew on my upper lip. Jill was a game changer. My skin is smoother, no irritation and my favorite skin care routine. Jill is easy to use and their customer service is quick to answer any questions.

I first starting using their products during the pandemic of 2020 and love how my face looked, more smooth and fresh. Now, with the 2.0, the product became even better! I use their products during razor with the pre-wash product and the spray makes it so easy. And the after glow moisturizer feels great on my face.
