Do not buy this product! It is hard and hurts your face! It is too hot and uncomfortable! But worst of all, You cannot return it!!! The email address has a 'Permanent Error' and there is no way to get your order back to them to get a refund!!!
DO NOT BUY!!!

If I could give a negative score for this product I would.
Upon receiving the product, the box was damaged and appeared to be some cheap Chinese imitation.
Then using, the metal prongs burnt my skin. I complained and was told to remove however the mask is not flexible, hard and is unpleasant to wear.
I then found that the cable is dodgy and now the mask that I have owned for less than 6 months does not work.

I ordered this mask after reading a blog comparing a variety of LED masks. It was rated as their overall pick of masks. It is absolutely the worst thing I have purchased. Not only is it heavy but it leaves marks on my face and deep creases on my brow bone. I have sent emails to complain and ask for a refund but I fear it will not be honored. My only saving hope is I paid by PayPay I might be able to get a refund through them if I show emails where I tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I have had this April 9, so I did give it a grace period trial. Fingers crossed.

SCAM - Do not order from these people. Paid the money, it never arrived, they have never responded. Currently going through Credit card to get my refund...

Do not buy! This company needs to be taken down. Fake reviews, fake FDA claims, and a product with no manufacturer information or safety information. It is shipped from China and if you want to return it will cost you at least $45. This is not a medical device. It belongs on TEMU. This is a total sham.

The product was damaged when it arrived. The company said I needed to pay shipping to return which I’m in Australia and I had to sent back to Canada cost $70AUD I’ve been waiting nearly close to three months for a refund. Their customer service is terrible and I’ve now since read other reviews and seen this is all a scam.

First you think they are honest and I could return the mask cost a fortune to send it back. They answer your mail and at the end silence and no money returned. Sad that people are so dishonest

CHEAP AND PAINFUL. I trusted a review from the Genuine Review post in Instagram (total scam - I reported it) and the information on Lumidermis website (35k satisfied customers???). This is a violation of consumer protection law. The material is cheap, smelly and has no compliance marks of manufacturing (the authorities should look into it). The mask is heavy and painful to wear. Worst product ever. I received it today and already contacted the customer service.

This mask is the worst ever. It is hard like ceramic. It cannot contour to your face and it is extremely painful to leave on for me than 20 seconds. The company is based in Canada. Their customer service is deplorable. They do not answer emails. They have a 90 day return policy if not 100% satisfied. I emailed them the day I received it and asked them the process on return. They tried getting me to keep it at a reduced price. I had no need for something that is painful that you wear multiple times a week. There is no phone number for them and again and again I tried emailing to no avail. Forgetting the awful customer service. This mask is horrible. Buyer beware. Look at all of the reviews. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. If you want a fabulous infrared light mask buy Omnilux. It is FDA approved. Lumiderm is NOT.

Total scam, they take your money then do not deliver! Courier email is Chinese location and after emailing them to tell them my order has now arrived, zero response or reply!

SCAM, I placed my order on December 2024 and I have received nothing, they did charge my Paypal but have not responded to a single email or call nothing....................DON'T DO IT

This is a total scam. This is a cheap stuff from Temu. The smell of chemicals when you open the box fills the whole room.No atests- nothing. Potentially dangerous for your skin. Once you open the box, the support informs you that you can no longer return it. Guys, please don’t fall for that company. One and each of us who delt with that should report this company to whatever institution we may think of, in order to stop this procedure to keep on going. Shame on you Lumidermis and people behind this scam.

UPDATE: after carefully checking the tracking number, parcel was sent from China but they put me to send it back to Canada.

I have filed a police report, without any hope that I will see my money back, but I do hope they will put down this website for good. I encourage you to to the same if it is not a hassle to do it. In the Netherlands can be done online.

Last year was definitely Scam Friday for me. Unlike any other year, I did not check genuine reviews, besides the totally fake ones they bought.

Since the price was in euros, i thought is coming from Europe, not Canada! Only when I've noticed it is taking way too long I started to have doubts and told them I will not keep it. They are using a very shady transport option, not an official one who would have asked duty taxes.

They accepted the return, although bought during so called "sales". Yes, the product is from China, cheap plastic, did not take it out of the box. No invoice, no company name, no fiscal identification. Wrap it up, paid 35 euros to send it back through the official post. They gave me a private address and name: Alassane Souare, 308-2320 rue Tupper Montréal, H3H 0B8 Quebec Canada. On Google maps looks like a block of apartments.

Parcel arrived now in Canada and is available to pick up for a week and, surprise, they do not go to pick it up! Of course taxes have to be paid, 42 Canadian dollars, which i expect not to see it, still they should reimburse 120 eur. No reply to my questions anymore. I have sent them all the emails from Canadian post.

Now the payment. In Europe at least is operated through Striped who cannot do anything. If I was not completely blind, I should have used PayPal (totally reimbursed by now!) I will try another legal way.

Conclusion: no online buying from now on, go to the shop, talk to an "actual" person, take a receipt with identification data of an "actual" legal company.

Complete shit. Cannot word it more nicely. The mask literally hurts to wear, it was the biggest waste of money. Seen no results.

It is a scam. I ordered it after reading some review from one blog. When the mask came in, it looks cheap and very uncomfortable to wear. I have contacted them to return it but was told that it cannot be returned as it was purchased at promotional price which wasn’t mentioned in their website. It was very disappointing purchase and total scammer. I hope people find this review useful and not make a mistake like me.

Agree with all the negative reviews here. I ordered the product with Black Friday in 2024 as it was recommended by "The Genuine Review" (also scam). It came in an un-branded box, looks cheap, super uncomfortable. I wrote to the customer service to return the product and was not properly assisted so decided to keep it to avoid losing additional money for the shipping. DO NOT BUY IT! I hope authorities will shut down the website and scam.

The device does not work, made a strange noise when trying to charge and will not turn on.
States facial whitener on the label as someone else stated. No adequate instructions with it
