The videos created from Mako for my product were completely trash - product was not displayed correctly (not usable) two times which cost my like 1/3 of my credits I got for nearly 40$.

The only good thing I can see is the buyers signal research that can be useful to creat own adds.

They also give you credits to leave a feedback on trustpilot, which is normally not allowed from trustpilot.

Mako created fantastic ads. It understood my brand and style and generated a full line-up of creative, new material. The AI was incredibly helpful and I will continue using Mako for our brand needs.

Genuinely impressed with Mako so far. As a founder testing a lot of AI tools for a startup, what stood out was how good the actual creative output was - real, usable ad angles and copy, not generic filler. Had a real strategy call with the team that was genuinely helpful, not just a sales pitch - they gave honest guidance on ad angles and buyer signals rather than overselling what the tool can do. Still early in the trial, but it's been one of the more useful AI tools I've brought into our workflow.

A good tool to assist for E commerce founders creating ads and generating creative. Lots of features and easy to use and adapt to.

I haven’t even got to the ad creation side of Mako yet, but honestly, the market research alone has already made it worth the price.

I’ve been using it to dig into potential customers, motivations, pain points, competitors and different buyer segments, and I’ve been impressed by the depth of the research. It’s surfaced useful insights and questions that I genuinely wouldn’t have thought to explore myself.

I originally signed up expecting the ad creation to be the main value, but so far the research side has been the standout for me. If the ad tools are as useful as the research has been, I’ll be very happy.

Absolutely terrible AI slop. Would give 0 stars if I could. It's crazy people charge for this service. Utter waste of my money and my time. Don't even bother.

Shadiest company I ever worked with. I cancelled my subcription within the first 7 days and requested a refund based on the money back guarentee. After multiple emails with Stan, one of their customer service agents, I have not gotten my money back. They even charged for the second month, absolutely insane.

I now have to go all the way and claim my money back through my credit card provider. Will also report the company to the corresponding authorities. Be really careful

UPDATE: Sent all emails to the address in answer and no reply still. So it’s bit amusing to see you have no emails from me.

Fair product nothing to complained about but it's not for me. 3 days I've asked for a partial refund as their policy says but nobody answers. Not how you conduct business.

Really solid product so far. Still newish so working out some kinks but it is what I was hoping for - tried a few and this is by far the best one.

Very good, better than other AI and does research very fast with being able to create videos and images based on this. I am very satisfied!

Researched 28 different services. Looked at how they help sales, content, engagement, price, and simplicity. They have good results increasing sales and engagement; and their content was some of my favorite. It was affordable and the reviews speak well of its simplicity of use, so Mako was,the choice for me.

Terms and conditions state that im eligible for a refund. Been trying to get in contact via mail for weeks now and barely getting a response. This website is a pure money grab, leaving tools and content very minimal and making false promises. They try to squeeze money out of you in unethic ways and don't even offer any support. Avoid for your own sanity

I tried it, but it offers a bunch of features on the landing page that simply are not available. I only made 1 generation and thats about it, because I was trying to get refunded for this reason. The terms say that you can get refunded for the remaining amount left on your account. I tried to ask for a refund a while ago via email, but responses are very slow and not helpful at all even though they claim to respond within 24-48.

Also tried to look into the credits they offered at the beginning and I accidentally clicked on one which automatically charged money from my account without even intending to buy the credits, it doesnt even ask the person to confirm.

This whole site is just a total money grab scam, no support, doesnt even offer what it promises to. I would recon you avoid this.

Very nice emails they sent me, got me interested, great platform and nice ads created... now for testing!

Not sure if it’s the right tool, maybe it’s me, i’m followed the instructions, I can’t find the right button and tool to complete the task, I’m going to give it a chance.
