The company is a scam .As with a few other comments on here,I signed up for 97 dollars and they added what appears to be what ever they want.Cancel any time they say, yet there cancel button does not work.
Beware of this company they will rip you off and give you back zero.

This has been good to me. I signed up for Ninja because our Google page was sitting there doing nothing and I did not want to pay an agency a pile of money every month to send me a report I would not read.
I had already tried to fix the listing myself. I lasted about an hour. Categories, services, photos, posts, review replies. I closed the tab and went back to work. That is the honest version. I have been in business long enough that I figured people would just find us. Some do. A lot of them start on Google now though and if the page looks dead they keep scrolling.
Ninja took the Google profile and just started working on it. Cleanup first. Then the weekly stuff. Posts. Photos. Replies so reviews were not sitting there for three weeks. I still look at what they send because I do not like the page talking like some corporate person. I change a line if I need to and I move on.
What sold me was not the login. It was customers saying they found us on Maps and the phone being busier from Google than it was before. The page looks like a real shop now. Hours are right. Services make sense. It does not look abandoned. I used to hope people would just hear about us from a neighbor. Some still do. A lot more of them are finding the listing first.
I am not going to dress this up. I do not track every little chart. I can tell you the Google side is finally doing its job and I am not the one staying up to maintain it. If you are tired of being the only person who ever touches the profile, that is why I stuck with Ninja.

BUYER BEWARE !
I cancelled way before the required date yet they have charged my CC over and over even after cancelling 3 times now. I got my bank involved and they have now filed it as fraud fue to the fact that TryNinja has once early on acknowledged the cancellation and given me a credit.
However, they keep coming back and charging my card again and again it’s been a ongoing thing now for at least eight months🤷🏻

This company has been ripping me off since April. I called them to cancel, and they said they canceled me. But they've been billing me, it is now August, and they've been billing me since April.

What went wrong? What went right?! As soon as I added them to my account, my google business page got suspended and unverified. We literally lost our online presence. We have been down for two days, phone stopped ringing. Still waiting on google to give us our account back. These people are using a robot to post to google business which will cost google business loss from Adwords. They charged me a $299 fee that I didn't agree to. I did most of the work. so I'm not sure what that fee is from. The email that they have list on their site doesn't work so good luck getting money back or help with anything. Don't do it. JUST DONT DO IT

My experience with Tryninja.ai has been extremely disappointing.

After cancelling my account and receiving written confirmation that the cancellation had been processed, I later discovered that the account had been reinstated without my authorization. I was also informed that the service had been "user activated," despite this not reflecting my experience. In addition, I found that certain account settings were inaccessible, making it difficult to manage or cancel the account.

The handling of my refund request has also been unsatisfactory, with delays in communication and resolution. As a result, I have been forced to initiate a formal dispute resolution process to recover the funds I believe are owed.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Tryninja.ai. I encourage prospective customers to carefully review the company's cancellation, billing, and refund policies before signing up.

RIP-OFF COMPANY! They continue to charge my card after contacting them. Tomorrow, I am going to contact my bank and do a chargeback on all 5 charges over the last few months.
I have called them, and it always goes to voicemail, and I am done. I never even received anything.
RIPOFFREPORT.COM is where to file on this company, and they will never get rid of it. Lowlife company. I am pissed. I am honest and pay my bills, but they keep stealing my money.

Since 6/8/26, they have charged my card 5 times for $99.00 each time.

No customer service at all.
Their customer support email is a dead end (does not work)
They charged $175 and would not refund my money the day after.

I would have put zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS FIRM. I signed up with them and then checked my bank account; they had taken over £300 from my account. I immediately contacted them and cancelled saying I could not afford their services and now they are refusing to return my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I signed up for the $99-per-month plan and intentionally chose not to purchase or authorize any of the optional add-ons offered. However, on the 12th day after signing up, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $197 without my prior knowledge or authorization.
I immediately contacted the company by email to request an explanation. I was informed that the $197 charge was a “setup fee.” However, this fee was never clearly disclosed to me during the signup process, nor was it prominently mentioned in the advertisements or pricing information that influenced my decision to subscribe.
I find this practice extremely concerning and misleading. Customers should be clearly informed of all mandatory fees before completing a purchase or subscription. Charging an undisclosed fee after enrollment raises serious concerns about transparency and billing practices.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly caution others to carefully review all terms and charges before signing up with this company. I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled and believe the lack of upfront disclosure is unacceptable

Do not trust this app or the company. This app added 6,000 keywords to my ads and resulted in 17k of adspend flying out the window. There is no cross check or verification that the recommendations or automatic changes will actually be beneficial to your efforts. There is no customer service or accountability with this firm.

Saw the add signed up, paid. Had second thoughts, asked for a refund and to cancel the service. Got the run around no results,no response for the "support team". So im out $300. From the time I paid until asking for refund was about 6 hrs between 9pm and 3 am. So nothing had been done on there end.

They had no problem taking my money twice and have never come through with optimizing me or even being connected they continue to give me an alternate email each time I request a refund. They have not accepted my Google invitation to take optimization for my account.

This company is a scam don't give them your credit card. Their tech doesn't work, there is no access to a functional dashboard to see what is supposedly going on with your account, there is no transaparent way to cancel your account despite their upfront claims to do so, there is no accessible customer support when you have questions, their "Chat Function" is never operational. I had to do some investigative sluething to find an email address, that should have been clearly evident on their website but wasn't. When i send them a cancellation demand by email they respond a week later with a suggestion to try changing settings on their website that don't function. There is no phone umber to reach them. They don't cancel the account, then they bill the credit card again. Then they send you a BS email saying that you didn't complete the "required" cancellation prompt, that heretofor had not been provided. When you click on that link, it doesn't work. They are a scam. Don't give them your credit card.

Totally stole funds rendering no service at all

This has been a joke from the start . I fill out a short form , I make the first payment and the link to the next page is blank, it cannot get anything but the “ cannot find a secure connection page “ This happens on every device I use. I reach out to customer support and end up with someone named Kim, that instead of attempting to do any type of troubleshooting.. she instead sent deflective emails telling me there was nothing wrong with their end and telling me to log into my account . At first I thought it was a robot but it wasn’t it was a person..further that same person out of no where is texting my phone at 1030pm . It’s just been a weird unproductive unprofessional joke . Stay away and save yourself the headache.

Ninja has been a game changer for our business. Within the first few weeks, we started getting more calls directly from Google without changing anything on our end. It honestly feels like we hired a full-time marketing person, but it’s all handled automatically. Highly recommend if you want more customers without the headache.

This company is a complete scam. My membership was $99 a month after I put my credit card information in it wanted me to add other features that I thought I was already paying for in the $99. I tried to back out and there was no way to. I ended up with $250 with the charges immediately went in to the website and canceled within a minute and they refused to refund me. I never had a on boarding meeting. I don’t even know if they even know my website, however I keep getting emails stating that I’m rising higher in the reviews in my website is performing better. This is a scam. I feel their five stars are all most likely fake paid for or created reviews. I will be reporting to Attorney General‘s office and asking my credit card company for a charge back.

Boost ninja ai is a total scam. I hired a real seo company and realized ninja was not doing anything. I cancelled and when I sent repeated messages to cancel they didn’t answer at all. Then they charged me another month plus extras. They finally responded and said they would look into a refund. 3 days later they charged me another month. And now my bank is disputing the charges and I have cancel and replace my debit card as they can keep charging it. It’s all fake, fake reviews fake names of people assigned to your company. Total scam of a company. Only way to cancel is cancelling your own debit card.
