I ordered the under eye serum from this company. I received the cleanser! I have contacted them through three emails and have been totally ignored. All I asked for was for them to send me the correct product that I paid for. There doesn’t appear to be a telephone number to contact anyone on my credit card statement as they’re usually is with most companies. Red Flag…

I been using opal under eye Serum for more than two months, just made my under eyes wrinkle more visible and worse

Great product. I was skeptical taking it as a man, but worked way bettter than I could have expected.

Unfortunately I've been using the Opal Unity Eye Serum since 03/17/2025 per the instructions; however, as of today 05/13/2025 I do not see any results.

Ordering was very easy and it seems like it will ship soon I just put on the internet that I needed a good product for bags under my eyes

I loved how I received a return call and an email regarding the mishap with my ordering. I'm looking forward in trying your product....if it's as good as your sales rep then it should be awesome!

I haven’t not seen any visible change since I’ve been using this product. And some ingredient in it makes my eyes burn and water instantly. I’d like a refund.

I have been using this product twice a day since I received it. I can tell no difference; I still have the bags under my eyes and still have wrinkles. That's exactly why I didn't want a member ship or whatever you call it; with the produce being automatically sent. If this starts to work which I doubt, I will then request more of the product; but right now, no.
I don't remember when I purchased this product, but it is not working.

It not working so far

So far, I don’t see any improvement. I ordered two bottles and the pump doesn’t work on one of the bottles.

I have been using this for quite a while…I honestly do not see any improvement…I was hoping it would work but it doesn’t…some of these models are so young..they do t need it.

I have been using the eye serum and super c together each day and my skin feels more radiant and I am seeing a visible reduction in fine lines. This is a really good product and the customer service is excellent.

I have been using the product for one month and have not noticed any changes. Probably would not order again unless I start seeing some changes.
