Our partnership with Pencil has been highly positive and continues to deliver significant value to the business. The Pencil team is consistently responsive, professional, and collaborative, demonstrating a genuine commitment to supporting our needs. Throughout our relationship, we have worked closely together to troubleshoot challenges, identify solutions, and continuously improve the user experience. Regular weekly touchpoint meetings ensure strong communication, alignment, and momentum across initiatives as well as monthly super user sessions. The team also actively collaborates with us to develop innovative and engaging ways to strengthen Pencil adoption and embed a positive Pencil culture across our business units. Their proactive approach, customer focus, and willingness to partner on new ideas make them a trusted and valued partner.

Very Responsive Team and Great Platform

This has been my first time using an AI platform like this. There have been quite a few times when I have asked if little improvements could be made to the platform and the Pencil team has been incredibly responsive. They have been able to implement many of them into the program already. The tools have been really great to learn and they are pretty quick with getting the latest models into the platform. The customer success team has been really great, especially with helping myself learn the tools and how certain processes could be more effective with certain tools.

Requests from people in the platform every day are the ones that make it better, so please keep sending them. Several of the improvements you flagged went straight into the build queue because they were specific and clearly explained.

Good to hear the team helped you find your footing too. First time with a platform like this is a real learning curve, and the tools are only worth something if you know which one to reach for.

Scam

Scam. had a account made years ago for testing out the features. you hade like 5 credits or so. functionality was not the best so stopped using it. Now years later I get an invoice out of nowhere. Biggest scam ever.

Scam

Scam, don't add your credit card in this site , You cannot cancel the subscription, and the money will still be deducted from your card, and when you contact support, it does not respond, it is really scammers
