It was really good the first time. But this is my second time of buying it and the rolls are much smaller than the ones I received before. Very disappointing.

If I could give one star I would. Scam. You order once they would put you on repeat. As customer you find out when deadline it’s finished to cancel. Absolutely terrible. Do not trust them. Very very bad . 0 stars.

Do NOT order from this company! If you try to contact them by email nobody responds! As soon as I placed my order I wanted to cancel this order as I then saw it on Amazon for half the price!.

I have ordered from the company twice.
You have the option of a lower price if you subscribe. I chose not to subscribe though I may in the future.
Delivery takes a while but I've had no issues with the company.
Trustpilot have themselves proved to not be the pillars of the review world that they make themselves out to be. They allow reviews that show the reviewer threatened the company with a bad review. ( the reviewer should leave a bad review regardless of the outcome of their threats to a company) if a company offered you an incentive to post good feedback against trustpilots rules. How is threatening to leave negative feedback not the same? this is but like I said I've had no issues with tryscarlette but I have had issues with trustpilot allowing reviews that state the reviewer threatened the company.
The scar tape is great, takes a while to notice a difference and of course you have to continue with it even after problem areas lessen. Its reusable which is great, just cut off a new bit once it stops sticking to your skin. I tend to cut small bits off for the issues that bother me, so the tape tends to last a good while.
Im sure, as its only medical grade silicone scar tape, that people might think any would do. But I tried some medical silicone scar tape before and it actually made the issue worse.
So im sticking to scarlette and its sticking to me (see what I did there? 🤦‍♀️)

If you’re in the UK do not buy from this company…they are advertising 99 day risk free, full refund no questions asked. Well, I’m in the middle of trying to get a refund & it’s like banging your head against a wall! They won’t refund, blaming being in the US therefore no returns, you shouldn’t be selling in another country if you can’t practice what outside preaching! Offered me 50% off….why would I want to keep a product that’s useless?
The product is useless, don’t waste your money!
I’ve put a claim in with my bank as this is the only way of getting my money back.
Complete shambles of a company.

The Scarlette tape stays in position overnight and is comfortable to wear. My main issue is the tape it too thin- I purchased to use on my eye sleep lines to improve them and have found the tape creases and actual exaggerates my sleep lines. A thicker tape that doesn't crease would do the job I need.
Probably wouldn't purchase again

I've spent embarrassing amounts of money on serums and creams over the years. These patches are the first thing that actually made a visible difference on my smile lines. They're comfortable enough to sleep in and I like that it's not chemicals or injections. Took a couple weeks to really see results but now I won't go without them.

These fraudsters have put me on a subscription after a one off purchase. I'm very careful about "accidentally" subscribing. There is no way on their website to cease this subscription. I don't see the point in contacting this fraudulent company to try and reverse this new purchase, so I've cancelled my credit card and I warn people - Do not buy ANYTHING from this company.

I am writing this because I had a problem with billing for this tape- I got billed twice and sent out packages twice. I accidentally obviously ticked a repeat subscription and didn’t know.
I emailed the company and threatened to post a bad review and was responded to straight away within 12 hours and offered a refund. I was impressed.
The tape itself is actually fantastic. I have used it only for two months to replace Botox so far so good. I’m happy.

I contacted the company about their claim to have a feedback page on Trustpilot. I was told “We do have a Trustpilot page, but was changed by our management team. We are trying our best to bring it back up.” Make of that what you will.

Lots of a fake reviews. Most places on their website you can't click to see the e.g. "18,067" reviews broken down. Claims to be on trustpilot but isn't. Eventually found a page with the break down of how many stars people scored it and lots of reviews were duplicated. Scores badly on Scam Detector website.
