Hello, my name is Lloyd Harrison. I'm writing this review because I want to express how grateful and appreciative I am for the professional support I received from Maica.
I placed my order with Sculptique a couple of months ago, received my order in a timely fashion. I really didn't think it was doing anything for me at the time, so I stopped taking the supplements and decided to change my regimen, in order to lose a little weight naturally. Which I achieved and still achieving.
But as of right now I'm not taking that supplement. I wasn't aware that I was on a subscription, I thought I made a one time purchase. Last night I was charged for another order, and I wasn't aware of it.
When I received an email that the order was about to be shipped, I immediately went to the website, and requested a refund and for the second order not to be shipped.
Because it was very early Sunday (12:54am pdt) morning, I wasn't expecting a response until sometime Monday.
But Maica, having care for customer concerns and displayed professionalism, provided excellent customer care and provided the results I really really requested to be done.
So this review is really Big kudos and gratitude to Sculptique for hiring professionals like Maica, who go above and beyond to satisfy the customers. I do understand the customer is not always right.
There's no one right or wrong in this situation. I just was unaware when I made the first purchase, that it was a subscription. But once again Maica, providing excellent customer care, made the correction.
So, l just want to say thank you to Sculptique and thank you very much Maica, for making the correction and honoring my request. This is a great company with a professional customer caring staff, and I will be returning as a satisfy customer. Thank you again!

Jamaica from Scultique was friendly and very helpful. She helped resolve my issue quickly with a very positive and professional demeanor. I appreciated her assistance. I was dreading the transaction but it went really well!

Well I was concerned after I read reviews regarding customer service and refunds from sculptique being hard to contact and trouble getting refunds. I was charged for 3xtra products after purchasing lymphatic drainage the sales funnel kept jumping to more products when I declined each one. Then see my statement and noticed they charged me for all 3 that I declined buti called and the lady answered my call and immediately removed the Xtra products issued me a refund for all 3 and canceled the subscription that I was inadvertently enrolled in w/o my knowledge. I am extremely thankful that my experience with CS was a positive interaction with exact results i needed. Thank you Sheeba!!!

When I realized that I had a subscription and hadn’t intended to subscribe I contacted the company. They responded quickly and effectively. All representatives were helpful and pleasant. Especially Maica. Very satisfied

Spoke to Mickey, at customer service in regards to a refund and he was more than helpful with everything. Transaction went smooth and it was a pleasure to deal with a company that puts the customer 1st. Their product is great and I will recommend it to anyone needing it.

I had tried to cancel my subscription via the email for several days. I called the customer service number and Cookie was able to confirm my order numbers, and cancel my subscription successfully.

I called not knowing what this product was and was ready to request a refund when Carmina took the time to explain what this product was and what it is used for. I am very excited to try this product. Carmina was very professional, very knowledgeable, and I am looking forward to giving this product a real try.
