I started my GLP-1 journey w Lilly direct and had great results. I could not hang with the premium price. I searched many providers and kept coming back to Trillium. I also found them on reddit and was suprised to see the owner of Trillium extremely active and transparent. This caused me to choose Trillium! I placed my first order for 3 months supply on a saturday evening and i received my order in a styrofoam cold cooler all neatly packaged on wednesday afternoon!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE GREAT SERVICE!!!! VERY TRUSTWORTHY

I decided to try Trillium for tirzepatide from Hallandale pharmacy. The intake was quick and easy. I paid 3/8 in the evening and 3/9 got Fedex tracking details informing me my order will be delivered to me tomorrow. Great pricing and real human beings for customer support. Thank you for making healthcare easy on a satisfying timeline.

I have searched for a good company offering Glp1 meds for months and I was so glad when I found Trillium! They truly have the best customer service i have ever encountered. Super responsive, very quick turnaround on order( im talking a few days! ) I barely ever leave reviews , but this is a company that definitely deserves the recognition! Couldn't recommend them more.

After getting denied by my insurance, I did lots of research to find a telehealth company that would provide me with a GLP-1 medication quickly, safely, and affordably. Trillium did all of that! My prescription was approved minutes after submitting the clinical info (though for most people I read it took a couple of hours). Then my medication and supplies were delivered one week later, with plenty of tracking updates throughout the process.

I also like that the company allows you to choose which compounding pharmacy you get your medication from. They offer both a 503A and a 503B option, and they're actively working to get more pharmacy options.

Above all else, the customer service is truly top notch. When I began researching various telehealth options, I began to suspect that many of these companies were utilizing AI in their customer service and review forums. Some of the comments I found for these other companies were definitely bot accounts, which made me all the more weary of those companies.

Trillium on the other hand has been a very different vibe. When I reached out to the customer service chat with a question, not only did I receive an answer from a real person, it was the owner of the company who responded! If you go on the Trillium subreddit, you can even find that the owner takes GLP-1 medication himself, and he recently began using his own company's service, taking notes throughout the intake process to make improvements. That cinched the deal for me. I found it easier to place my trust in this company where the owner is also a customer.

I took my first shot yesterday and felt the effects within a few hours. I am very happy with the quality of my medication and with Trillium for getting me affordable access to this medication. I am a real human who is not paid or otherwise coerced to write this review. I very rarely write reviews, but felt compelled in this instance because of how much gratitude I hold for Trillium!

On March 5th I filled out the intake with Trillium Telehealth. It was an easy intake form, but I live in a state that needed contact with the doc, so I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait for that. I was contacted the same evening, prescription was sent, filled and shipped. I received it by Saturday March 7th. It was packed carefully in nice packaging. I'm very happy!

I confirm what the other reviewers are saying about Trillium. There are many choices for telehealth companies. What makes Trillium stand out from the rest is their unparalleled customer service! Casy, the owner is very involved; providing information, encouragement and support throughout the process. And the speed in which he does this is nothing short of amazing. This is a breath of fresh air compared to many other telehealth companies. I wholeheartedly recommend Trillium!

I must have shopped at least 30 online options for acquiring Terzepatide affordably. Most of it was deceptive marketing with escalating fees, hidden additional costs, and horrible service. Trillium pricing was by far the lowest, they are using reputable pharmaceutical dealers, and they are easy to communicate with through online chat. The owner has his own chat room, and you can reach out to the support team or the doctors. It truly put my mind at ease. Their site is easy to navigate, and the owner seems to genuinely care about his customers. So far, I've had a very positive experience with them.

Trillium Meds is a distribution company that specializes in weight loss medications. At the present time they offer tirzepatide and semaglutide from compounding pharmacies (I believe they are working on expanding their offerings). The company is new and growing their customer base. The owner, Casy, directly responds to customers' and prospective customers' questions VERY quickly (often within a half an hour). I've had responses via their website, email, text and Reddit (r/trillium). My experience with them thus far has been from January 19, 2026 through February 12, 2026. In terms of the medications they're offering, they are utilizing compounding pharmacies that are used by several other distributors, so there is no difference in the medications themselves. The customer service is what makes them stand out from the crowd. Interestingly, Trillium seems to have much faster ship times from those pharmacies than some of the other distributors. It's possible that the pharmacies receive the orders in batches and Trillium has smaller numbers of orders to fill and ship than the larger companies. If you're looking for better customer service and faster ship times, I'd suggest considering Trillium Meds.
