scammers this company is fake product will not close down any accounts period they work for donald j. trump to blank customers for fast money poeple need to screen shot when they tried to close accounts and send to your credit card companies they will get them to close account since your credit card will not pay them period

Tried the product, it does nothing whatsoever, emailed regarding 60 day money back guarentee but they refused to honour it. Opened a dispute with paypal and got full refund

This company puts you in a subscription plan without your acceptance and never sends your packages. Thieves.

Total scam. They charge for subscriptions the product never arrive I will go for Kigali action

Month later still have not received order. Contacted twice and they said they would take care of it. Still nothing so asked for a refund and was still charged. Total scam.

They are fraudsters and cannot improve.

Total scam - stay away far away. They trick you into a subscription and charge you but don’t deliver any product. I emailed numerous times and oddly I got e response to try and get me to change my mind. I didn’t. It seems they were just wasting time to draw me into another payment date. I complained that I never even received the first order but no response on that . I think this company in unethical and a scam.

I would give them a 0 if possible. The tracking information still just shows "shipment information received." It has been that way since 12/29 and it is now 01/20. I have sent them 2 emails which have gotten 0 response.

Recommend to steer well clear, and I regret not reading the reviews here before... Delivery will take 3 weeks at least. Then they will make it all but impossible to manage or cancel your subscription. The link in the email to manage your account is conveniently "broken" so they will drag it all out as long as they can and keep charging you.

In summary: unethical company which will try all the tricks in the book to cheat you and take your money - do not buy!

Stay away, product ordered 30 nov and still not delivered. A month to deliver if it ever is delivered. Not a serious business.

Completely unethical company.

Where do I start. This company uses all the unethical upsell experiences to get you to purchase more bags then you need and a subscription that sends more product then you could possibly use. You can only take one gummy per day yet they try to upsell you to three bags of 30/month. 90 gummies per month is more than even two people could use. They offer a discount for subscribing which, of course, people are going to chose, then make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe despite their claims.

They claim you can manage your subscription via shopify and cancel yourself at anytime. But, lo and behold, when you try to follow the cancelation flow the page is broken. You need to dig to find a email to contact them. Then they refuse to cancel your subscription until you reply to 5+ emails. Each response came a week apart, so they they can milk one more month out of your subscription before canceling.

I will be charging back the subsequent purchases and will never repurchase from this company.

Same experience as all of the previous reviews. Their site has AI generated testimonials and ships from China. Noe of the ingredients stated on the packaging are actually in the product. So what’s really in the gummies? Who knows but this is extremely dangerous to consume since none of the ingredients have been verified. This is definitely a scammer from China.

There should be a zero star option. Wished I had read these reviews before ordering. It has been 13 days since ordering and I have not even received shipping notification. Tyler has sent his usually email. I have requested a refund, I’m not confident. Don’t waste your time.

After more than a week after ordering the package is still under " packing " . I've cancelled my order if you prepared for a long wait go ahead . Have no idea what the actual product is like !

Update: Product arrived from China - no ingredient list other than the main ingredients. I would doubt the product or efficacy of this. If I could send to a lab to test and see if it is what it’s sold as … I would but that’s more money wasted. Against better judgement I ate some- tasted ok like a bit of a perfumy taste but I doubt it’s legit. Too many red flags

Well I’m still waiting for product to arrive. It does appear that something is coming ? Unless that’s a fake tracking number they gave me. Possible!

I also tried cancelling my subscription. Their cancel option on the website is “not working” but I think that’s just how the site page is set up to look - like it’s broken. I emailed the contact us email. Received the “But first tell us why you want to go email” so I told them why and received an email that they cancelled my subscription from “Tyler”.

I just went on to look at my profile on the unmute site and was trying to figure out to unlink my SHOP account as that is how I paid using the shop app.

Well I noticed that my account had a payment coming up, based on my linked Shop account. So my subscription was not cancelled.

I was able to remove my payment info so hopefully there’s no charge in the future. It would appear that I “unlinked” the shop app. But who knows if they have my info still?

This is definitely a scam - their site is just a bunch of lies - they said there’s 300000 reviews on the product but there are not actual reviews anywhere. Not a single review to actually read.

The website was just registered in July 2025. So I don’t assume they have that many people reviewing - there’s no way this product was featured on all the brands they put on the site. It’s just trying to look legit

My package is coming from China - so their New York address listed on the contact is … ??? I don’t know?🤷

Their refund policy is fake - read it - it’s like ripped off a clothing site. There’s no refund policy.

I mean maybe something will arrive to my house … but we will see ! I don’t think I would trust any product that is meant to be a consumable though from this site.

If you sign up for a subscription, they will not allow you to cancel as their order cancellation page throws up an error and has been for over two weeks despite having emailed support and specifically requesting to cancel the order and notifying them of the issue.

Tried to cancel, they responded "before we proceed, we'd love to understand why".

I told them why and then they ghosted. No further response or confirmation, now receiving emails saying my order will be renewed tomorrow - two weeks after telling them their subscription page is broken and it's still down.

Also, the gummies don't do anything at all, the ingredients listed are different to what was received on the website.

After receiving a reply from customer support "Tyler Yeo", in writing he stated "your subscription has been successfully cancelled." They then went on to attempt to charge my card and renew my subscription just hours later (but couldn't as I took funds out of my account).

Avoid these scamming, lying scum at all costs.

I ordered the unmute Confidence Gummies more then a week ago. I got a confirmation of the order.
And then: NOTHING anymore, no confirmation of shipment, all my mails go unanswered.

Conclusion: This is a SCAM.

I ordered UNMUTE and received my order after approx. 2 weeks. Unfortunately the product ingredients, contents, and dosage does not match what is listed on the website.

The website lists L-Theanine 300mg, GABA, Lemon Balm, and Kava — but my pack has lower L-Theanine (200mg), no GABA, no Lemon Balm, no Kava, and instead adds Rhodiola and Ashwagandha. Only Saffron is the same. On top of that, the serving size is unclear (1 vs. 1–2 gummies), making dosing confusing.

When I try to cancel my subscription on the website I am getting error message. Customer support is very slow at responding and after 3 days, my subscription is still not canceled.
