Dzhamilya has been great in biology tutoring.
She has been very adaptive and knows how to explain complex things in easy steps to gain a better understanding. she has also been great in asking recall questions and exam style questions for ib SL biology at the end of lessons as a form of knowledge recall. She is always positive, smiley and her personal interest in the subject makes her great to listen to.

Santiago has significantly increase my confidence in spanish B sl, he frequently goes through past papers and talks spanish to test my abilities. He is very flexible in lesson timing and time of lesson during the day, he also makes lessons interesting by adding personal anecdotes and adding spanish cultural aspects which help understand the language at a deeper level. Santiago challenges my spanish level to the right extent and shows me what i am capable of.

Lukas is an amazing tutor, he made my journey greater, he made my journey easier and more enjoyable. I give him solid 5 STARS

Very structured and they know the IBDP curriculum

I'm very glad I used Think Smart to help me study for my physics exams. Hyunmin Koo has been very friendly, encouraging, and patient which helped me to develop my confidence in topics throughout the physics syllabus and I now feel like I am in a much better position to tackle the exams. The one-on-one tutoring helped to directly address my specific needs which I found very helpful as in class I often found that I was getting a surface level understanding but now with Hyunmin's help I understand the topics much better as his explanations are very clear. The timings are also very flexible and the tutors are very adaptable to your needs. Thank you Hyunmin :).

Margarida has been an amazing help while tutoring me in Math AI HL in IBDP2. Through her I’ve not only learned topics and how to apply math better, but she creates lessons that feel fun even while tackling the hardest topics. Furthermore, she is kind and very understanding, while she motivates and explains the same thing happily again if I’m unsure. Very grateful for her help.

Daria was a great tutor who helped me a lot with my English studies. She supported me in both English Language and Literature, especially with Paper 1, Paper 2, and my oral exam. Every Monday I look forward to my Spanish lessons with Miriam, and definitely have found an improvement on my conversational Spanish. My overall Spanish grades have also improved, and I was able to get great practise sessions for my IB Spanish oral. Each lessons was targeted to my needs and I found them very helpful. I think Miriam is a great teacher and my overall experience witj Think Smart has been great!

Think Smart was very understanding of my current challenges and made tailored tutoring sessions for me. They were flexible with my schedule and I was able to work on what I needed support with when I needed it.

I have been doing lessons with Miriam for spanish which has helped me improve greatly not only in grades but also confidence in speaking, particularly when there is a lack of support from school teachers. I have been able to work together with Miriam to learn about the specifics of IB testing as well as expanding my vocabulary and speaking casually in spanish. Think smart are very good at setting you up with a tutor who matches you and your needs which I think is a really good idea when dealing with so many different people who learn in different ways.

Sylvie is always organized and on time with specific lesson plans tailored to what I need help with. She is very kind and patient, while also giving helpful feedback. Her extent of IB knowledge is evident and it’s clear she knows exactly what advice to give for the student to succeed.

I had a great experience with ThinkSmart Tutoring, especially working with Yehia Farouk. He supported me throughout my Design Technology IA and really helped me improve both the quality of my ideas and the structure of my work. He even generously stayed up at night way past our meeting time to help me finish my IA. The design IA IB is a long and rigourous assignment with many specific criteria and having a tutor for it makes the process much easier. Based on my experience with multiple tutors from ThinkSmart I definitely recommend it to anyone who is struggling with an IA or other assigment.

Following struggles in both chemistry and maths, the decision to get external tutoring was an excellent idea. I've noticed considerable improvements in my ability in both subjects, and definitely feel far more confident for the upcoming May 2026 IB exams. Furthermore, tutors are always very flexible with time, they are always willing to re-explain topics, and always offer in depth explanations. Would highly recommend.

I had trouble with Economics, and Yehia completely helped me understand the material. He explains concepts clearly and takes the time to make sure everyone is following along. Thanks to him, topics that once felt confusing became much easier to grasp. Yehia is an amazing teacher who is patient, supportive, and truly cares about his students’ success. I started using think smart a year and a half ago, I tried 6 different tutors and there was one who I enjoyed the most! Dasha is the most amazing Economics tutor and she helped me a lot with my IAS.
