Emotional decision making has gone down a lot. I pause before acting now. small habit big impact

Risk rules finally make sense to me. Before they felt restrictive, now they feel protective. That shift mattered.

Structure keeps me focused when markets get messy. I don’t overthink as much. It gives me something to lean on.

Patience slowly became part of my routine. I didnt force it, it just happened over time. That surprised me.

As always, Jane Galley at TSB Witney, provided us with an excellent service today. Her patience and calm professionalism is a great asset and we appreciate her time, support and efficiency.

Having a routine keeps my emotions in check. I’m not improvising every day. consistency helps more than i expected

I don’t chase missed moves now. If its gone, its gone. That mindset saved me from a lot of bad trades.

I stopped forcing entries just to feel active. If nothing lines up, I wait. still getting used to that but it works.

This setup taught me restraint which I didnt know I needed. Doing less feels harder at first but better long term.

Rules repeat every day which keeps me grounded. There’s comfort in that. nothing fancy.

Less noise, more clarity. That’s the biggest difference for me. I can actually think.

Some weeks I don’t trade at all and that’s okay now. Before, Id feel behind and start forcing entries. Stepping back actually made me calmer.

Opening charts doesn’t spike my stress anymore. I sit with the setup a bit and actually think instead of reacting. that alone changed a lot for me.

Perfection doesn’t feel required here. I make mistakes and its fine, I just adjust. trading feels more forgiving now.

Everything feels adult and professional here. No chaos, no hype. Just process and execution.

I respect stops now even when it stings. I still don’t like getting stopped out but I don’t fight it anymore. That alone saved me a lot.

Went to TSB today. met Anne Marie. she was very kind and friendly, and she sorted everything out for me a very pleasurable meeting.

No emotional rollercoasters like before. Red days happen and that’s fine. I move on quicker.

Even red days feel manageable now. I don’t spiral or revenge trade. That’s a big change for me.

Charts feel simpler now. I’m not adding lines just to feel busy. simplicity helped.
