No product arrived, Great communication
In trying to find a better, hard, polaris storage box for the back of our 2018 polaris touring 2 up atv, I happened upon a youtube video of a perfect appearing box that could fit 2 helmets, locked, and easy to attach. I finally found the company and emailed them. They were quick to respond. They are based in Russia so some language discrepancies but did not hamper communication. The guy asked that we send him an email so he could send us a PayPal invoice so we did, and paid. Then shortly we got a tracking number. It shipped 3/30/2021 and looked promising as it moved through Russian shipping places. Everything stopped on 4/10/2021 with no more updates in shipping. However the guy said it could take 10 to 80 days to arrive. Since no other option to buy such a perfect box we waited and waited. 6/18/21 came around and no box (80 days). We emailed the guy and he also seemed puzzled why the box hadn't moved since 4/10/21. He said we could just request a refund... I just want the box. I told him I would be willing to wait again if he could just ship a new box. No response about that. He did promptly refund PayPal within 1 day when requested. So buyer beware. I could not find anything on the internet for reviews on this website tsstbox.com but since this experience sucked, and still No box buyer beware. He had great communication, sad no actual products behind it.
