Here we'd like to explain that the lens color maybe influenced by many other factors, such case lights(including flash), filters, background color, etc. and we are continuously optimizing our product photos to make them more accurate 💫.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the deep disappointment and frustration your order delay has caused you 😔.
We fully understand how upsetting it is to wait for over a month without clear progress, but as we explained in our earlier communications when you reached out to us at the first , your goods have been fully packed and are ready for shipment. however, due to the current situation in the Middle East, currently there are no available flights to your destination country ✈️ , which has caused this unexpected and uncontrollable delay.
The logistics tracking site could provide general package status updates, but it does not display every step of the pre‑shipping and scheduling process, which may have led to misunderstandings.
Regarding customer service, your message sometimes maybe replied automatically by a bot and close the chat temporarily due to system settings — this was never intended to ignore or dismiss your inquiries 💌. We recommend sending an extra sentence or two to describe your question in detail when messaging us, so our human team can respond to you promptly. We've already replied to your latest message and are actively following up on your case.
We assure you that we are treating your order seriously 📦. Our team have been continuously communicating with our carrier to monitor the situation and verify the flight availability. Once flights resume, we will ship your order immediately.
We sincerely hope you can grant us a little more patience 🙏. We are committed to providing you with a reasonable and fair solution as soon as the situation allows, and we will keep working to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
