My Canada Super Visa application took around 10 months, and I’m extremely grateful for the support I received from TTL Holidays throughout the entire process. A long timeline can be stressful, but their team—especially Pooja—made everything so much easier.

Pooja helped me a lot from day one. She was proactive, organized, and always prepared me for each step well in advance. She reviewed every document carefully, explained the requirements clearly, and made sure nothing was missed. Her communication was excellent; she kept me updated regularly and always responded quickly whenever I had questions.

What I appreciated most was how she stayed involved even during the long waiting periods. She checked in, reassured me when things felt slow, and guided me on what to expect next. Her professionalism and patience truly made a difference.

We recently booked our Bali trip through TTL Holidays, and I must say the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and very helpful in planning every detail of our trip.

Everything was organised perfectly – flights, transfers, hotel bookings, tours, and activities. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The itinerary was well planned, giving us the right balance of sightseeing, relaxation, and free time to explore on our own. All arrangements were smooth and on time, which made our holiday completely stress-free.

The hotels selected were excellent, the drivers and guides were friendly and punctual, and every tour was arranged seamlessly. It truly felt like a well-managed and thoughtfully curated trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful Bali trip organised by TTL holidays. Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish. The itinerary was well balanced with all the sightseeing, leisure and unique experiences.
All transfers were smooth, hotels were comfortable and well located and moreover we enjoyed good discount on the food and beverages with their booking vouchers.
Hotels was excellent and clean. The daily breakfast was fresh, well prepared and had a good variety of options.

I will never recommend TTL Holidays PTY LTD to anyone. This was one of the worst holiday experiences we have ever had.

Our coordinator, Mr. Shubham Bisht, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. He does not know how to speak to customers or understand their situation.

One day before snorkeling, we had already done water activities in Nusa Penida, where my husband had a very bad experience, got scared, and was injured. After that incident, he clearly told us that he does not want to go into the water again.

Despite informing Mr. Shubham about this and about my husband’s health condition, he still booked snorkeling without asking whether we can swim or are comfortable. He argued that the activity was “complimentary” and that he had paid a high price for it. This is completely unacceptable.
We paid the full amount for the entire holiday package, and it is not our concern how much the company pays for individual activities. Discussing price comparisons and internal costs with customers is highly unprofessional.

He refused to replace the snorkeling activity with another one and clearly said that there would be no refund, and if we wanted any other activity, we had to pay extra. On one side, my husband’s health was not good, and on the other side, he kept arguing and forcing us. Because of his attitude and lack of understanding, I finally gave up and stopped arguing with him.

Another serious issue happened on the last day. Our flight was at night, and we requested to stop for dinner on the way to the airport (not anywhere else). He told us to coordinate with the driver, but when we did, he kept calling me repeatedly while I was eating dinner. He did not understand that if a person does not pick up immediately, you must wait.

Instead, he called the driver and scolded him for stopping for dinner, even though the driver was only following the customer’s request. The driver was visibly shaken. Because of this, we were forced to skip dinner and book a separate cab just to eat food. We had not eaten properly the entire day due to activities and only had some snacks.

The reality of this company is completely different from what they show online. Poor communication, no respect for customer comfort, health, or basic needs.

My relatives are planning to visit Bali in the coming months, and I have strongly refused and warned them not to book with this company. I am posting this review so that other people do not suffer the way we did.

The TTL Holidays is highly recommended. We just finished our Bali tour. We stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Bali South Kuta. The hotel is superb, and breakfast is top-notch.

They provided us with pickup and drop-off. Excellent package.

The Bali package from Ttl holidays was a good experience overall. The itenerary covered most of the major attractions, and the hotel locations were convenient. The team was very responsive before the trip, which gave us confidence.

I NEVER TRUST THIS COMPAY

Excellent service TTL

I purchased the ticket from https://flydealfare (Merchant Name: TTL Holidays) on 16th Dec 2019 and a total amount of $3684.87. When I checked my CC statement, I saw all 7 lines in my credit card statement. 4 line items charged by United Airlines amount $2842.xx and $842.xx was charged by TTL holidays. Fly date was 25th June 2020

Due to COVID, I got a call from flydealfare and they confirmed the flight was cancelled. After a month, they confirmed that they will refund $3484 instead of original charge $3684.87 (deduct $200 = $50/passenger). I agreed.

By Aug end, I got a partial refund of a total $2842.78 from United airline. As per Merchant, TTL holiday already refunded $642 to same credit card on 17th July 2020 with transaction reference number 0014883xxx . Merchant confirmed this in mid October 2020. I checked with my Credit card company representative, whether there is any refund from TTL Holidays with an amount $642 and Credit card representative confirmed that there is no refund from TTL holidays merchant.

I contacted TTL again and requested for evidence of this refund but surprisingly there is no evidence for this refund.
