horrible experience new meaning to bait and switch … the pictures in website and what you get is horrible different … won’t let me upload pics .. still waiting on money back .. i have been a tucci lover for years … what they sent was not tucci

I never received my order!!!

Yesterday, I visited this location to address an issue with my damaged luggage. The staff were very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They replaced my luggage promptly and without any issues, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you for new pink suitcase :-)

Improve communication methods
By responding to emails. Improve quality of products. The link removal tool is very poor in design because I could not adjust the band myself and had to take it into a jeweler.

I have reached out to Tucci several times over the last 2 weeks regarding damaged wheel replacement. We only used the case twice before having issues.

So far no response. The only way to contact them is through email.

I want to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received throughout the process of exchanging a suitcase. From the beginning, the team was exceptionally responsive, professional, and courteous. Every inquiry was answered promptly and thoughtfully, and I consistently felt that my concerns were being taken seriously. What stood out most was their willingness to engage constructively and escalate the matter appropriately rather than defaulting to scripted responses. Excellent service.
During transit, one of the wheels was lost in transit. I contacted customer service and they promptly replaced it. Very happy with the service.

My suitcase handle was broken the first time I used the luggage.

One of the wheels broke off after my first trip with my brand new mid-size Tucci bag. Very poor quality and thin plastic material.

A few weeks ago, I had an issue with a defective part on my Tucci carry-on luggage. I contacted the warranty service and after a few simple steps, the replacement part was shipped to me. The instructions were very clear and the answers to my subsequent questions were provided rapidly. The part was easy to replace and we can now continue to enjoy our luggage for more trips.

I recently lost one of my removable wheels of my Tucci suitcase. I looked at the Tucci website, but it did not list the specific wheels for my suitcase. Initially, I emailed Tucci directly and received no response. I ordered wheels from other websites, the wheels were not a match. Then, I decided to contact Tucci via customer support. They sent an email! They were soooo helpful!! Customer support replied in a timely matter!! They worked with me and I was able to get the correct fit replacement wheels!! I am really happy, I am able to use my suitcase, again!! I suggest using customer support, rather than emailing the company directly.

We never received the item we ordered.

I received wrong item and trying to contact them through website and email multiple times but haven’t got any response. Live chat dose not work as well.

What an amazing service. I had purchase two 28nch and two 24 inch bags 3 years ago. Recently, I had problem with the luggage. I contacted support and they replaced my bags without any problem. It was a smooth experience and special thanks to Sipia for amazing customer service.
