It would have been 5* because at first I loved their 7mm camo elbow sleeves in medium but after a reasonable amount of use the stitching went and I believed it was an issue my end.

I gladly rebought a 2nd pair as I am 11.5cm measurement around my elbow joint so on the cusp between medium and large.

After just a few uses though I once again got the same issue with a tear along the stitching that runs down the back of the elbow.

Thinking this was possibly confirmation that I needed a size up I bought a 3rd pair but this time in large, but to my surprise after all of 3 uses the same exact tear appeared in the exact same spot. I hadn't had a chance to wash them and the first pair I always hand washed in a sink with gentle detergent and then allowed to air dry as recommended.

The latter 2 pairs I bought via a stockist as the main tuffwraps website ran out of stock and the stockist kindly refunded me for the 3rd pair but let me know tuffwraps were taking no responsibility for the issue with their products.

3 exactly identical issues with their products and failing to acknowledge fault is not the kind of business I wish to spend my money at, which is a shame as aesthrtically I loved their elbow sleeves and functionally, whilst working they were great. If they fixed the manufacturing issue around to create a more secure attachment between the stretchable material and the stitching then I'd be leaving a 4/5 star review

As far as legitimacy goes, they are a legitimate company but they are docked points for customer service and quality of product due to my personal experience with them.

I have instead gone for double/triple ply elbow sleeves from a different brand I trust instead

Ordered a blue and green t-shirt, got sent 2 x black. My fault for not checking the order prior to shipping.
Got in touch with customer support and they retrieved my original delivery and sent the colours requested.
All very responsive and efficient, would be happy to use them again.
Looking forward to receiving my clothing!

They can design all old stock t shirts im very grateful. The new design are ok but the original ones different levels. If u dont see what your looking for email them

Purchased some items in a bundle having already owned a few products in the past, and were top quality. The items I purchased were wrong size (my fault) and the help I received to organise an exchange couldn't have been better, everything start to finish was effortless and can't praise them enough! What happened??? Have been using tuffwraps for while and used to find the products and customer service really good. There has been some change in the last couple of months and it’s all gone down hill. Have noticed the professional athletes have stopped following and using the brand too. Something seems to have gone wrong! Awful recent experience

Poor customer service as of late!

This is such an amazing company! It was my first order and the customer service person was so helpful. Most online companies only provide an email or chat but TuffWraps have a phone number on their website so I was able to easily reach someone to help me with all my questions. When I received my package I was impressed with the quality and how quick it arrived! I highly recommend.

Purchased a belt <6 months ago for £120 only for the buckle to snap on me mid set and cause injury. Earlier today I have compared the buckle with my partners cheap belt from amazon (£25) and it has exactly the same buckle, just different branding. I would err on the side of caution when purchasing this product. I will no longer use this brands belt through fear of my own safety.

Basically ripped me off for £53.98 as they say they haven't received the item I posted back even with proof of postage.
Certainly won't be using them again, clearly not a reputable company!

Quality of the t shirts are very good, better than some of the bigger companies that charge upwards of £60+ for a t shirt.

Ordered the Friday afternoon and item was with me first thing Saturday morning.

Very pleased with the service and quality, will be picking up a few things from these guys.

Terrible company no communication been waiting over a month for my items emailed them several times no reply I was going to be buying more from this company but not going to bother waste of time very disappointed.

This company is pathetic. I made a negative comment on Instagram about the cartels power lifters and right away they removed my comment and block me. Also blocked 3 of my friends for negative comments lol. And now they send me an email for sales they have going on lol. Your blocked and lost a few customers

Was thinking of buying couple of items, was going through a checkout and got interrupted by a phone call and forgot about it. Then all of a sudden I'm getting emails left right and center from Tuff. Did I consent to that no, I'm not even a member. Just because I provided my email address at the checkout doesn't give you the right to bombard somebody with emails. Sort it out!
