The quality is seriously amazing. I don't have a lot of clothes, but these are really well made. There’s an issue with shipping, but if you’re in the UK, there’s no problem at all. If you’re in the EU and order a few items, it’s possible to lower the shipping cost by splitting the order into two “separate” shipments, but they actually send them out at the same time, so there might be delays. I’m not entirely sure how it works with other countries, but I’ve heard that shipping to the US goes smoothly. Some people might complain about the price, but you have to remember that this isn’t a “big company” it’s just a few people who design and produce unique clothes themselves. And that's why customer support isn't available on weekends

Attempted to cancel an order and sent multiple emails, but never once received a reply — not even a response regarding returning the item. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from a company that fails to respond to a simple request for a cancellation or refund. Small things matter when you’re a company trying to grow, and communication with customers should be a priority.

I’ve ordered a couple of times now, and most of times I’ve had to messaged customer support to remind them of order, over all as someone who lives in the uk, I’ve normally waited around a month or two for the orders to come, it is really good quality but it is very expensive and three different times I had to get a refund, because they forgot my order, and item went out stock

I don’t have that kind of money. It also sent me saying first 20 orders are free and I was about to order something as soon as it opened but it wasn’t free. I got a message from my bank asking if I wanted to go through with the transaction which was $178aud.

Too expensive for the quality, can get same qaulity anime shirts for maybe €20 per t shirt.

Also delivery time is crazy, waited 3 months for the products to arrive.

The clothes are top-tier quality. I got a Jojo hoodie, and it’s extremely soft. I also got two T-shirts, and their quality is awesome too. The delivery took almost a month, but I think they just forgot about my order xd. As soon as I contacted them, they replied and told me the hoodie would be delivered in a few days—and I actually received it three days later.
