Buonasera, per la nascita di mio nipote gli è stata regalata una giostrina per lettino ma essendo arrivata danneggiata (probabilmente X apertura pacco)ho contattato il servizio clienti. Siamo rimasti molto contenti dell'attenzione, della cortesia e della professionalità dell'equipe di Tumama kids. Abbiamo ricevuto sia mail che una nuova giostrina per il piccolo. Ottimo riscontro e come già fatto continuerò a sponsorizzare ad amici e parenti gli articolo di Tumama Kids oltre a continuare ad acquistarlo in prima persona. Grazie a tutti e buon lavoro

I have not received my package

I have a Tumama whale phone and it was great up until some of the toys buttons start making child moaning sounds???? and or another button just has a baby wailing for his mom in the background. not cool. defintley a snuff toy.

Die Website entspricht nicht den deutschen Gesetzen: Es gibt kein Impressum und der Anbieter ist eine chinesische Firma, die das bewusst verschleiert. Keine klaren Hinweise zu Rücksendungen, und erst nach dem Kauf erfährt man, dass man teuer nach China zurücksenden muss. Zudem verlangen sie unzulässige 25 % „Bearbeitungsgebühr“. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

I am contacting you regarding my recent order #PO1544TK. The tracking status shows that the parcel was delivered, but when I checked, it was not at my address. I have not received the package.

The battery cover is missing.

Excellent communication with customer support. Required replacement part; received it 1 week later shipped from China. Totally satisfied.

Ordered this for a birthday present. Was not aware it would take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. It said it had been dispatched but not from China. Really misleading and not yet arrived.
Cannot cancel order so requested a return but the charge you a fee fir this on top is postage back to China.
Buyer beware

I would have given 10 stars if I could. I was worried about delivery to South Africa but we received our parcel in a week. A huge thank you to Tumama Kids, Yuntrack (who provided detailed shipping information and Buffalo SA for a swift delivery thereafter. All in all, I am so satisfied with my purchase.
