Disappointing results and zero communication
Disappointing results and zero communication 1 year post-surgery. has been a full year since my rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Vepa Silapov, which involved a rib cartilage graft. During my consultations, I was extremely clear and specific about my goals: I wanted a "Barbie nose" and emphasized that my main priority was to prevent the nasal tip from dropping.Unfortunately, now that the nose is fully healed and the swelling is gone, the tip has dropped significantly—exactly what I explicitly said I wanted to avoid.When I contacted the clinic to ask if anything could be done to correct this and achieve the look I wanted from the very beginning, the only response I received was a dry statement that this is the "final result." Since then, they have completely ignored my messages and stopped responding. I am fully willing to fly back for a correction, but the clinic refuses to give me any answers.I want to warn everyone considering this clinic: the aftercare is non-existent. Once they have your money, they will completely cut you off and ignore you if you are unhappy with the result. Very unprofessional.
