I was introduced to Gagan through a friend who had previously used his service.

I then spoke about a dream trip to Europe for my wife's 40th birthday. I used Gagan's concierge service to book Perth to Paris, all business class and then for a return, London back to Perth, part business and part first class.

The total value was just under $35,000 if paid in cash. He helped me secure it all for no more than $8,000 worth of points and taxes.
