Having had over a decade of experience purchasing DJ equipment from various retailers, I had never come across Turntable Trader before. Naturally, when making a significant purchase, I wanted to do my research and make sure I was dealing with a legitimate and reputable company.

After looking into them, I couldn’t find anything to suggest otherwise. They were also by far the most competitively priced option, which made the decision to place an order much easier.

From start to finish, the experience has been exceptional. The communication has been the smoothest, quickest and easiest I have ever experienced from any company – not just within the DJ industry, but full stop.

I sent a message via WhatsApp and received a response within 10 minutes. This level of communication has been consistent throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, advised what would happen next, and delivered on every single thing they said they would.

The equipment itself is in exceptional condition. It is genuinely difficult to tell that it is second-hand, which speaks volumes about the quality of the products they offer and the care taken with them.

I am genuinely blown away by the service I have received from Turntable Trader. I will be coming here first for any future equipment purchases and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for DJ equipment.

Excellent service from start to finish. I sold my Rane ONE to Turntable Trader and they arranged the courier collection, kept me updated and paid the full agreed asking price with no messing around or trying to knock the price down. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly and helpful, especially over the phone. I’d happily use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling DJ equipment.

Really super to deal with. Found what I was after in the website. Got in touch and had photos sent over of the (used) CDJ-350 which really helped. Team were great. I have to admit, I was worried about the commitment. But these guys are reassuring, patient and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend them and I’d definitely use them again. So far I’m loving my CDJ that’s working as new as far as I can see.

My purchase of 2 x Pioneer CDJ3000's and Pioneer DJM A9 mixer arrived in the original boxes and were packaged as if they had just left the factory. On inspection of the equipment; all I can say is that if I didn't know otherwise I would have thought this was brand new. Very happy with my purchase, will be using TT again and recommend 100%!
