Absolutely a worst experience

She doesn't pay tutors how she should trying to make money on others skills

We had a mixed experience with the team at Tutor Doctor. Austin was excellent with our child. That said, we learnt that after the entry examination there had been areas not covered and our child said he felt a little "let down" having not been exposed to them during the weekly 1 on 1s. We were expressly told everything had been covered but we chose TD as they'd informed us they had good insights into the likely areas covered in this particular entrance exam. It felt like there was a bit of a disconnect between the tutor and those running things and in hindsight we should have pushed for more sessions in person (when it became possible) as it was clear doing them virtually was not always that effective. If you're going to use TD, my advice would be to ensure you're in good communication with both the tutor and the wider team to ensure everyone is aware of exact examination timelines, topics and overall progress.

We feel thoroughly supported and have witnessed the confidence our daughter has gained in her approach and application to studying.

Excellent service with tutors matched to your child’s needs. Also there is flexibility so if you need a tutor for a different subject you can change or add on using the hours you’ve paid for. You see the results too in great improvement in exam results.

Tutor Doctor have been a great support for our 7-year-old daughter. They have a breadth of knowledge that goes beyond the actual tutoring and offer educational support, exam and interview practice and highly experienced schools advice. They took time to really understood our daughter and matched the best schools to suit her. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the tutor has been fantastic, keeping her sense of humour and motivating our daughter through some tough times! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very impressive service with huge attention to detail and responsiveness plus good quality teaching.

Our initial session with Suzie was outstanding - she is an expert in her field and after 1.5 understood our son and his style of learning better than people that have taught him for years! She put us with Melisa who is fabulous and he looks forward and enjoys his weekly sessions. During lockdown the online sessions have been a saviour - of all the online offerings bramble is far superior and works really well. Highly recommended!

Tutor Doctor have paired my daughter with two excellent tutors that have helped her improve her skills and confidence. They are very flexible in terms of the way they work and are always adapting their lessons depending on her progress and needs. They care about her achievements and are always checking back in with me. Their general manager Victoria is very professional always suggesting new strategies and organizing 121 catch ups and assessments to ensure we are always working towards a realistic goal. I recommend it for any parent that would like to find a good tutor to support their child’s learning.

Victoria from Tutor Doctor was simply stunning. She helped us through the journey of applying to brutally competitive senior schools and we were delighted that our son was offered a place at both Eton and Kings’ Wimbledon. We were absolutely delighted with Tutor Doctor. In 2019 our son was predicted a 6/7 in Maths and he achieved a 9.

My son gets tutored in two subjects and we're extremely happy with tuition for Geography. We haven't been so lucky at the start with the other subject but I think we finally have a tutor who works well with my son.

It is easy to contact Tutor Doctor if there are any problems and any concerns are dealt with professionally.
It has been very worth while using Tutor doctor. Test scores are not in yet but so far so good.

David and Suzy are both great at giving support and managing expectations through out the journey you are in with your child.
