I was kept updated on my package

I was kept updated on my package. The shoes are just like what I thought they would look like. Exactly like what I saw on line. They comminacated with me cause by the time I ordered they were out of my size. They asked me did I want a refund or they asked me did I want to try the next size. It worked out great. I recommend them on product and very good customer service 👍🏟. I ordered a 13W but 12W fits perfectly.

Great customer satisfaction guarantee.

Product shipped fast and the product was quality. I was looking for a specific color tie that I could not find anywhere. I purchased 2 that were as close as I could find to the color needed hoping at least one would be right. Days after purchase, the ties arrived and one matched color exactly to what was needed. But I had no use for the other one and wanted to return it for a refund. The return process was super simple and refund was issued. The company gave me no hassle. If I ever need another off the wall tie color, I will definitely be purchasing more from this company.
