This company is a total scam and rip-off. My son ordered a tuxedo for prom. He received it only half the tuxedo, had a print on it. The entire front was supposed to be printed, and only half of the side of it was. The material is very, very cheap.No more than a twenty dollar temu suit cannot afford to buy another suit.And we are in a time crunch, so cannot return suit.Forced to use it.This company is aware of this as it is prom time you will not get what you ordered.Do not order from this company.You will be disappointed.

I recently ordered the White Rose Suit. We ordered this in a 38R, the Jack and vest for perfectly but the pants were just a tad too snug. I contacted customer service and they have been extremely helpful. We will be returning to exchange the size and we can’t wait to see the completed look!

I made a mistake with measurements and requested a new suit. The return was simple and easy. They were very nice people and I got the other suit back just in time for my big event. I highly recommend this company!

I recently ordered a tuxedo from Tuxedo Action and had a great experience. The tux arrived in about a week, which was amazing shipping time. Unfortunately the size we ordered was a little too small, so I contacted customer service.

I spoke with a very helpful representative who assisted me right away. Within about five minutes he had already sent me a link to my email so I could start the exchange process. The whole process was quick and very easy. I was also able to request expedited shipping so the new tux will arrive within 5–6 business days.

Not only was the customer service excellent, but the quality and material of the tuxedo is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful and looks very well made. I will definitely be recommending Tuxedo Action to my family and friends, and I would absolutely order from them again in the future.

They do not care about expedited shipments so don't do it. When you order your suit be sure to order 8 sizes bigger. If you want a return they have multiple returns even though you paid in full. Companies like this should literally not exist. People expect delivery as quoted on the site, size appropriate, and customer service. I received none of that and will never use their service again. I am advocating against this company so that others can avoid my disappointment.

I ordered a suit and paid for expedited shipping. FedEx did not deliver the order until days after. They weren't going to deliver it that day but I made so many complaints that a manager delivered the package in his own vehicle. I contacted TuxedoAction promptly and the answer I got was that they cannot refund my expedited shipping fee because the delay was not their fault and nevertheless it is against their policy. I don't see any such policy written on their website. They are basically a fraud and stealing my money.

Great looking tux, fast shipping, and fantastic customer service! I can’t wait to wear it for our Mardi Gras Grand Bal, and it matches my wife’s ball gown perfectly! Will upload pics after we get all dressed up. Would definitely recommend!

TUXEDO ACTION IS A SCAM! Literally stole $200 from me. Please go elsewhere. Only reason I’m giving 1 Star, is because I can’t give 0. Purchased a suit online for my wedding, even payed extra for expatiated shipping, and it was a whole process to even get them to send it (they finally sent it, 2 weeks AFTER the delivered by date). Then, my post office had to return the package to sender, because they said the Tuxedo Action didn’t put my apt number on the shipping slip (even though I gave Tuxedo Action the full address) so they had to return it due to insufficient address. At this point, I reached out to Tuxedo Action and asked for a refund since they had already been delaying & lying to me, leaving my messages on read and basically giving me the run around completely to even get them to send the suit in the first place. I never even had the product in my hands. They said they couldn’t issue a refund until the product was back to them and they would let me know when they got. They never got back with me, I actually had to find out myself through tracking the package that they had received my package. When I contacted them again about it, they basically said: Oh yeah, we did get it. Sorry we never reached out, We’ll give you a refund in 10-15 business days. 16 business days go by, and nothing. I send another email to ask for an update, and get no response after days. So, I call them. And the guy basically tells me, systems have down and theirs nothing anyone can do other than “wait patiently.” He then finally called back and said “I see your email and call history and understand now how frustrating this situation is, I’m so sorry for the delays and I’m gonna’ make sure you get that refund by the end of the week.” I tell him, I appreciate that, but you guys keep telling me this in multiple different situations now and nothing gets resolved. He cuts me off and assures me, that’s why he’s taking care of it hands on and to just trust him. It’s now been another 7 days (almost 30 business since they said I’d get a return) and still nothing. I sent yet another email to touch base, and of course; no response. Don’t make the same mistake I made by giving these people your money.

I was hesitant to order this suit for my son’s homecoming, but wow! The quality is outstanding, it fit perfectly with no alterations, and honestly looked better than an overpriced fitted suit. He received tons of compliments, and I’ll be ordering more soon. Plus, it arrived the very next day. Highly recommend!

Paid for a jacket $180, didn't receive it in time. Tried to return it and couldn't! On the website you have to email someone and they never answer! The worst im out of $180 highly not recommended

The suit did not disappoint! Jacket and vest were perfect.Had the length of the pants adjusted and everything worked! Color was great. Material worked.

My husband needed a sharp look for a sapphire and sneakers event, and this blue three-piece suit delivered!The fit was clean, the color was rich and vibrant, and it paired perfectly with his sneakers.

A $200 although I have stated my case. Beware of stores that only thing of dollars and not customers satisfaction. Buy your suits at Bloomingdale’s or Macys they will honor their customers needs. This store is the worst. Found a better suit that I got altered on Amazon for half the price and my baby boy got so many compliments. With Tuxedo Action I was told the blazer looked cheap. Shop where your money is respected

My biggest fear is this would come looking cheap… but it didn’t!  It’s a good looking suit (as well as the other sequin suit I bought)!  The top fit perfect.  For the pants, I must’ve measured wrong.  I’m going to go with my regular pant size.  What I will say is that the customer service has been amazing with helping me get both of my pants exchanged in a timely manner! 

Oh yeah, and I found the deal with a rhinestoned bow tie for just $10 extra!  They look great - so happy the website advertised that prior to checking out!

No issues at all. The jacket we ordered is amazing - high quality, it's fun, the colors are vibrant. We will for sure be a hit of the party

I received a jacket from tuxedo action.. it was exactly as described on the website

My son was invited to a high school prom. We couldn't find another tuxedo so he ordered one online. When he received it the jacket fit but the pants were so big the tailor said it would be cheaper to just buy another pair of pants. With that being said we went another direction. I missed the fine print saying it had to be returned within 10 days. So I was told we could exchange it for other merchandise...no problem I paid another $20 through paypal (so now $249.99 plus $20.00) They never returned any calls and I talked to several reps (Gloria and Seddy). Bottom line DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! IF YOU KNOW ANYONE THAT MENTIONS TUXEDO ACTION PLEASE TELL WARN THEM ABOUT THIS COMPANY. They operate this business like CROOKS!
