On Facebook, this company selling a ITV streaming device For a one of payment of £9.99 so you don’t have to pay subscriptions for other TV companies like Netflix, Apple TV Amazon Prime ECT. 100’s of free channels never pay a subscription again. I Click the link to buy it got message back saying the money did not go through to them. But it went out of my bank account well pending, then asked me to pay again. Spoke to customer service using virtual chat kept saying the same thing, you need to pay again and we will use the same bank account to take the subscription out of. The advert clearly states there is no subscription. I cancelled my CARD. Then I received an email the next day saying they would give me a refund, even though it is against their policy , the email said the only way I would get your refund is to give them and these are their WORDS I am quoting from the email they sent. Please give feedback on trust pilot page a five star rating will be greatly appreciated as I resolve your issue it’s important. You mention my name Marshall when you write your review as it helps to identify , your review and will initiate your refund. Still quoting from their email. It’s important in your review. We asked that you avoid using such language as refunding or membership cancellation as they can be confusing to other customers. We would greatly appreciate it if you would write one of the following phrases , good service, good company, thank you, good experience, good custom service ect. It is a total scam even though they did not get no money because I blocked my card. In the advertisement they clearly state there is no subscription ever// total lie so Marshall I will happily send you this review to your scamming company. Please everybody do not fall for this. They also state it is not illegal to stream all the TV streaming services sky sports Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime and plenty more.
100% I scam there’s an old saying if it’s too good to be true it usually is please do not buy anything from this company they also sell other things. Just read some of the reviews on trustpilot. Only get a refund if I write what you say well I mention your name again Marshall./ mr. Scammer. Do not fall for it please.

My dad was trying to pay for electric car charging point and some how the hopeless fool paid this company £25. We got in touch with the bank they said they blocked this company from ever taking money from his bank for the next 13months. I cancled the subscription and sent an email asking if there was any chance of a refund as its a Cyprus company we are in the UK. 2 hours later I had an email taking me for getting in touch and asking me to rate the customer service they gave me with zero other contact or help. 2 days later there was an email saying after recent activity on my account they upgrade my account without any confirmation of them being allowed to by me and somehow have gotten through the block on bank and have taken another £35 beware beware beware we have reported them to bank and they are investigating but unfortunately have told us if they find after the investigation it's a reputable company they have to give them the money back and allow any other attempts to go through! again be very very awear what you are doing check everything more than once and don't let elderly family do anything alone online!!

En fait, je n'avais pas compris exactement qu'il s'agissait d'un abonnement du 29 octobre donc demande d'adhésion que je ne désirais pas.
Quand je m'en suis aperçu, il était trop tard . J'ai donc porté réclamation et Mary m'a répondu positivement pour me confirmer la résiliation.
Plus qu'à voir la confirmation sur mon relevé de banque mais cela ne devrait pas tarder à arriver.
