I mistakenly wrote a poor review thinking the company shorted me a necessary part (Drawer slider).
My bad. 😣 Found it underneath one of the boards.
I called the company & without hesitation the put an order for me. When I found it, I immediately called them and cancelled. They were VERY personable and we had a good laugh.
I put it together with no problem. Even the tight fits of the groves matched up just fine.

I assembled - finally - a 4 drawer desk.
So many things made this so difficult. The hardware was a joke - I ended up getting epoxy to get pieces to fit together. And to sum it up, when I got to the end (days after staring) the screws that were supposed to hold the drawer slides in place just dropped into the holes- I've got tape holding them in place! Would never buy again!!

Skuffende kvalitet og ingen ansvarstagen

Jeg har købt en kommode til min datter fra Tvilum i prisklassen 1.394 kr.
Jeg er godt klar over, at det ikke er et high-end møbel i den pris, men jeg havde som minimum forventet en ordentlig kvalitet og en fejlfri vare.

Desværre var kvaliteten meget skuffende. Materialerne virker billige, finishen er mangelfuld, og det samlede indtryk er langt under det, man bør kunne forvente – også i denne prisklasse.

Det mest frustrerende er dog, at Tvilum ikke selv tager ansvar for produktet, men henviser direkte til forhandleren (Biva). Som producent burde man stå ved sin kvalitet i stedet for blot at sende problemet videre.

Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale Tvilum på baggrund af denne oplevelse.

Modtog et skab med skydelåger hvor beslag skruer og hjulophæng mangler 🤔 Hmm så skabet er degraderet til en rumdeler 😅 spændende om disse kan skaffes pr efterkrav

I bought their dressers and they are the worst quality - their chipboard/base couldn't even handle light clothing because they bent under pressure. I contacted Tvilum who stated that would not send replacements for the broken/bent boards. Now I have a dresser that is completely useless and will be going away on heavy trash day!

I bought a tvilum Paris Chest 4 Drawer (73716igig) in Cemaco, Guatemala.
After a few weeks, the drawer rails broke.
The furniture is the worse quality you can imagine.
Cemaco, the dealer for Tvilum in Guatemala, has no spare parts for what they sell. I contacted Tvilum directly and they never came back to me with a solution.

Alt i alt har jeg fået den kvalitet jeg kunne forvente for de penge jeg har brugt på et klædeskab.
Det er ikke lækker kvalitet, ej heller falder set sammen lige uden videre, det er brugbart.
Samlevejledningen er en lidt anden historie. Der er anvisninger af ting, jeg simpelthen ikke kan gennemskue hvad skal forestille. Der er så mange poser med løsdele, at det ville have været en betydelig hjælp, hvis der på poserne stod angivet indholdet. Forstået som, hvis jeg skal bruge 16 skruer med nummer 25440, skal det stå på posen at 25440 ligger i den pågældende pose. jeg havde 4 poser med forskellige skruer og dimser der alle sammen kunne ligne hinanden, så er det ikke ligetil.

This is not paid reviews and I wish I could read reviews before bought their product. GUTTED.
I bought tvilum wardrobe nice height and thought will be as good as it shows on the photo. REGRETTING.
First it took hours to figure out 40 pages of illustrations and No word written in it. SHAMBLES.
EVERYTHING from pegs to screw and wood are falling apart. CHEAP like £1 shop items.
I was expecting well built wardrobes which can stand by itself But not this one. WOBBLE.
FOR it to stand firm, you need to attach to the wall with given thin bracket otherwise will fall on someone's HEAD DANGEROUS.
After all hours of putting it together, the sliding door won't close flat. Gap on top and above all it does rely with little plastic clip which x2 hold on top and two at the bottom. HAZARDS IN WAITING.
TO ME that's also too dangerous and God forbid, if a child touch it, I can guarantee the sliding door will follow them.
DECISION... COS I bought it at BnQ few months ago, I wouldn't be able to return and get my money back... But foe you, think twi what I have said or....

Vi skulle have udskiftet de cirka 20 år gamle Tvilum Verona garderobeskabe i vores hus, og vi fandt frem til at denne serie stadig blev solgt, så det var et oplagt valg - troede vi!
Aldrig har vi oplevet magen til dårlig kvalitet og skrammel af værste skuffe. Det er fuldstændig umuligt at samle disse skabe i stående tilstand, Tvilum forventer åbenbart at man har en balsal, så garderoben kan lægge ned under samlingen og derefter kan rejses op. Fuldstændig idiotisk. Alt falder fra hinanden, og det hele er generelt bare elendig kvalitet.
Vi har bogstaveligt talt smidt 2500 kroner direkte i træcontaineren på genbrugspladsen, da det slet ikke på nogen måde kan bruges som et garderobeskab.
Kan på ingen måder anbefales - ALDRIG Tvilum igen!

I bought a 4-door Madrid cabinet via Robert Dyas and the doors started falling off within 6 months.

The chipboard is too weak to sustain the weight of the doors along with the momentum of the movement.

The company were not interested in my complaint and just told me that they don’t offer spare parts.

Really poorly manufactured product, which is a shame as the design is great and what we were looking for. Cannot be fixed so yet more rubbish to landfill.

There is no quality. An employee for this company is a slave. Best regards A friendly employee

Skoskab i enestående elendig kvalitet. Der manger dele. Melaminfolien buler og stopper nogle steder flere millimeter før kanten.
Der er ikke udskæringer til fodpanel, så skabet kan ikke komme helt ind til væggen, selvom det anbefales at skrue det fast til væg.
1000,- lige i lokummet.

We bought a Tvilum 8-drawer chest two years ago. A few drawer runners fell apart recently. Since the chest is still in a good condition and only a couple of drawers cannot run smoothly due to the broken drawer runners, we contacted Tvilum and asked them if we can buy parts from them or their retail partners. Unfortunately, they came back simply saying they could not help. A chest cost more than £600 and only used for two years - how can Tvilum prove their Sustainability Statement and Quality Standard published on their website by producing the poor quality products and not providing useful post-sale customer services?

THEY DONT MAKE GOOD QUALITY FURNITURE, ITS PIECE OF SHI*** BS, the instructions are pictures without words just full blown idiotic nonsense. ITS TERRIBLE QUALITY, AFTER YOU SPEND HOURS BUILDING, AND YOU REALIZE THE DRAWERS LITERALLY DONT EVEN STAY PUT YOU WILL BE SOOO MAD SO DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!

I bought a Tvilum height-adjustable desk from Lomax and I didn't open the box for more than 2 years. When I did, I found that there was a missing part. I contacted Lomax, they contacted their supplier Tvilum, and Tvilum immediately agreed to send the missing part to me completely free of charge, not even the delivery cost, even though more than 2 years had passed since my purchase.

Overall not impressed. The furniture is exactly as one would expect from flatpacks. Functional and made from the most basic components. Components that can fail occasionally.
The component in question is the drawer runners. I had one fail and drop all its ball bearings. They are an uncommon length at 450mm.
So I contacted Tvilum to buy a replacement. They told by email to go back to the retailer as they do not supply parts.
I contacted three retailers that sell Tvilum furniture. Each retailer said they do not stock spare parts nor can they request any from Tvilum.
I ended up fitting 430mm kitchen drawer runners from an online supplier.

Man savner Ikea når man skal samle et tvillum møbel…. 500 dele og vejledning man skal være pro for at kunne forstå
