Gimmick-- never informed of subscription fee during sign up
During sign up for birth control, nowhere does it state that there is 12.99 subscription fee so after I fill out all my information and questionnaires and insurance info, i receive a message telling me that I would have to pay 12.99 for the services, even though my insurance would normally cover everything under preventative care. They are always responsive, go out of their way to help you in any way possible and you can tell they really care about you and your health.
