I received the wrong item. I tried contacting the company three times over two weeks and heard nothing. I'll need to claim the money back from my bank.

I bought 2 boxes of fancy matches, they are fabulous. Beautifully packaged with a nice little note from the seller too! Definitely recommend. I will be buying again .

Ordered x2 products and had one refunded to less of the cost than what I was paying and contacted customer service and no reply and no offer for a different product with a different style rather than just a straight replacement

I did not receive all the good I paid for and they are not replying to any communication. There is no telephone number either.

I received a faulty item that was intended as a gift for a special friend. I contacted this company immediately in an attempt to rectify the issue as I have been left without a gift to present to my friend on her milestone birthday, but I am still awaiting any kind of response!! Extremely disappointing all round

Ordered a jacket and was shipped fairly quickly. Unfortunately, tracking information sent doesn’t work. I have emailed them several times as well as reached out to them via their website but no response from customer service. Hopefully I will receive my item.
