TW house are a scam company,
Taken a payment of £248.68 on the 25th of April. No email confirmation not nothing.
Called the number on their site over 15 times across multiple days and no answer. Finally got a response from their WhatsApp stating âthey will look into itâ and guess what no response and no reply and not messages no lt delivering. Clearly a scam website and have no regard for scamming customers

Only part of my order was proceesed
Ordered parts for my business easily and then a couple of days later got an email saying not all items were available and a refund had been issued for the parts not available.
I ended up with 10 keyboards and only 2 mice and now left searching for a new reliable supplier.
All they had to do is call me and explain and I would have chosen different mice and paid the extra.
Delivery was ok.

I bought 5 IronMan bluetooth speakers and it's really small to sell at £15. I asked their sales representative to take it return but they delayed saying they'll sort it out. They never took them returned and I still couldn't sell a single piece of speakers. Their return policy is rubbish.

As per our return policy, we only accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and only if the product is defective or damaged. You have exceeded the return period by over 3 months, and you have not reported any issues with the product.
We understand that you are unable to sell the speakers in your shop, but that is not a valid reason for returning them. We sell brand new products that are not meant to be displayed or used by anyone else before the end customer. We expect our customers to respect this policy and take responsibility for their purchases.
