Twiddy has always been there when needed. We have been vacationing with them for 8 years now. The staff is great. From locking the keys, accidentally in the house our 1st year there. They came out after hours and got us in. Coming out with problems we find in the houses we rent. The staff is always there within hours to help. Helping out with any rental questions or concerns they are always willing to help and go out of their way. I couldn't think of another rental agent I would use.

Very easy to work with staff, always accommodating.

I have rented property from Twiddy for several years and the services are great for checking-in and out. The property were clean and affordable.

I have often thought Twiddy did a very good job, especially compared to other management companies that handled the house I have been in for over 20 years. But I recently heard that there were serious maintenance issues as the new year arrived and I was disappointed to hear that. I hope that in significantly building their inventory of homes, Twiddy has paid equal attention to expanding their property management capacity proportionately.

The employees of Twiddy are always friendly and helpful. I will never rent from anyone but Twiddy.

Easy to contact and reps are always courteous and professional

We have used Twiddy for over 15 years & have had no problems with their service. If something breaks at the house they are right there to fix it. Our house developed a propane leak requiring it to be shut off which meant no hot water until the next day. They offered to put us up in another house until it was fixed. We declined the offer but really appreciated the offer.

During hurricane Dorian in September of 2019, our rental had to be evacuated for 6 nights and Twiddy was in constant contact with us via text to let us know what was happening and when we could return (we rented for 2 consecutive weeks). This was especially comforting, knowing that Twiddy had our best interests and concerns in mind during a very trying time while on vacation. All questions were answered promptly and courteously, generating a trust that we were being heard. I would recommend doing all business with Twiddy!

Our experience has always been fantastic and they make our OBX vacation planning stress free each and every year. Friendly and expedient service, and always available to answer questions. I have been renting from Twiddy for about 17 years and every year they give me excellent customer service and a clean well furnished home. And if anything g is wrong they fix it pronto ! It makes our vacation wonderful
From the start.

Twiddy has always been of great help in fulfilling our rental needs. Last year we rented a house that allowed one small dog. Our son and family surprised us by getting his own small dog which meant needing to have two or board one. The Twiddy rental representative contacted the owner and worked everything out for us. What made this remarkable was that they did this during their busy cleanup from a hurricane. If you are going to the Outer Banks - go to TWIDDY.

Twiddy is the best realtor we ever worked with at OBX and we have used 3 other agencies. We found the staff consistently helpful and pleasant, even when issues with our rental came up. These repairs were relatively minor but were addressed quickly.

We have been renting from Twiddy for 16 years. Typically the property we rent is in good condition with lots of amenities. There has never been an issue that was not resolved quickly and professionally. The front desk staff makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive, and the house is always immaculate upon check-in. Always a pleasant experience, otherwise we wouldn’t have been repeat customers for 16 years!! 😊

Very responsive to questions and rental was pretty accurately represented in advertising literature.

The office staff was awesome. The house was another story. Upon arrival we spent several hours cleaning up the outside of the home. The front entrance was terrible. The front door was covered with dead bugs and spider webs. So bad that nobody wanted to touch the door knob. We used scrub buckets, rags and brooms to clean the entrance. Pool area was even worse. I certainly don't blame Twiddy, I blame maintenance and housekeeping for this. We have stayed at this house several times, it just needs better maintenance. Twiddy did refund our cleaning fee, but as guests we should not have to scrub parts of the house before we could enjoy our vacation.
