Good company with great staff

Been looking for a new cleaner to help me out but it was hard to find someone reliable to take care of the kitchen and bathroom every two weeks. This company has been fantastic, everyone has been on time and completed the cleaning well 😍 think I have found the right person and love they handle everything for me with the online booking. I've tried four different cleaners over the last couple of months with no issues with any of them and would recommend.

Easy to use and highly recommended

This was my first time using the Twinklin app. The booking experience was amazing and the app is very easy to use. My cleaner was very friendly and professional. She did an amazing job. I would definitely use the app again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and efficient way to book a cleaner. Great job!

Amazing experience with the Twinklin app

I have booked several times now through the Twinklin app and it's never disappointed. The app is super easy to use and the cleaners are always very polite and amazing at what they do. I recommend Twinklin if finding a reliable cleaner has been a challenge.

Cleaners dont want to clean

when the cleaner doesnt want to do the job you agreed with her in person on the first booking, the customer gets the cleaning cancelled last minute and told that they tried to engage the cleaner privately when both bookings were made on their app! Be weary of the cleaners!

Every booking and payment with Twinklin is handled securely through our platform, and we hold a cleaner's payment until the customer has confirmed they are satisfied, specifically to protect customers. Where a booking cannot be fulfilled, we refund promptly and in full, as we have done on this account.

Standard cleaning bookings cover standard cleaning. Specialist tasks — such as interior and exterior window cleaning, removing paint or adhesive left after building work, and garden or weed clearance — sit outside a standard clean and are always quoted in advance. A customer is never charged for anything they have not booked and approved.

To keep everyone protected by our vetting, insurance and support, all arrangements and payments stay on the platform. We understand this was not the outcome you hoped for, and we would genuinely welcome the chance to resolve it directly at support@twinklin.app.

DO NOT TRUST the CLEANERS and this COMPANY

I made a booking three times with Twinklin and yet my third booking was cancelled because the cleaner, Victoria, told the business i attempted to engage cleaners directly. All bookings were done via the Twinklin app/website. The app is not clear and when I asked the cleaner to give an estimate of how long she needs to finish the remaining job and to clean windows inside and out, she said 4 hours so I booked her for 4 hours through the Twinklin website and the business even acknowledged that I have made a further third booking with them, but the night before the cleaning was due, Victoria the cleaner started messaging me on whatsapp that the windows will be extra - warning - once you find a good cleaner and you want to rebook them through the system, they will try to get extra money out of you by adding new charges and if they do not want to do the cleaning when you refuse to pay, the cleaner will try to frame you - do not trust this company and their cleaners if you do multiple bookings!

The cleaners will try to get extra money once they see that you are willing to do a second booking with them and then when you refuse to pay more than the hours the cleaner estimated, they will cancel and tell the company you tried to independently engage them even if you have booked through the system! STAY AWAY!
