Their poppers are super strong and good quality, but I do debate on how well they package them. In my past three orders (and I buy in bulk so only order every few months) at least a few have popped open in the post or shortly after arrival and this has happened in the colder months as well so I don’t think I can blame the heat either. Obviously this ruins them. I would advise you buy the ones that aren't covered in plastic as they seem to rely on it to keep them sealed and they pop the most often. Even then I’ve had the other types pop as well.

Tl;dr don’t buy in bulk, don’t buy the ones where the tops are wrapped in plastic.

Customer service goes above and beyond to help you. They exceed expectations every time, and are extremely helpful and friendly. The website has loads of choice (even for delivery) and has a super user-friendly User Interface. Never had an issue, and would reccomend them as the best distributer in the UK on top of their own bottle brand.

i’ve been ordering from TB on a monthly basis for a while now, hardly ever have an issue. when i had an issue, it was promptly resolved with no questions asked. ordering is easy, prices are great, and shipping to the US takes about a week…honestly, a great place to shop with great customer service! (date of experience is from a return/refund request i submitted because it was such a breeze.) HIGHLY recommend!

I ordered 5 products. The shipment arrived timely and was well packaged. All great except I did not receive any of the products that I actually ordered!
UPDATE, TB has contacted me twice and been very apologetic and offered a refund. I have to say I appreciate their follow up customer service. Not many companies care.

I was recommended this website by a friend. Told they have great products and at very reasonable prices. I found the information on the website very helpful in making my choices. I made two orders without any issue. The third order came with three damaged bottles. Replacement was very easy and quick. I have my replacements a little over a week later. Customer service is prompt and helpful. The products are AMAZING! The best I’ve ever tried; gets you where you wanna be, doesn’t leave a bad taste/smell, no head or muscle aches after the come down. I also find it difficult to do too much of these. 10/10, will be ordering for years to come and will continue to recommend them to anyone searching for these products.

A fantastic company staffed by very friendly and helpful people. Fast shipping and great products! The only way they could be better would be to use higher quality/thicker envelopes for their aromas and maybe a 'born on date' so the buyer could know how fresh the batches are as sometimes you get older weaker stock etc but this doesnt change the fact that they are a 5 star company!

Fast and discreet service. Products came bang on time. Only quibble is that some aroma brands are not sealed very well so are prone to leak a little during shipment. However this is the fault of the manufacturer(s) rather than TB, and I am learning which brands to avoid ordering.

They love what they do and it shows. I LOVE to ride Asmodeus and take him as deep as I can, feeling him stretch me open. This ribs and bumps give me ass-gasims over and over.

I have ordered from Twisted beast many times and it's always been great, fantastic products and quick delivery. Even my most recent order, which was made during the winter holidays, came in good time.

Amazing customer service, always! This past holiday season saw some blunders with shipping happen, and the Twisted Beast team did their best to make everything right. In the end, I missed out on an item being out of stock because of the mistake, but the customer service and commitment to fixing it made up for it.

The products are top notch, and my experience ordering from Twisted Beast has always been smooth with shipping, service, and product that outperforms similar brands -- it's why I keep coming back!

Been ordering from Twisted Beast for over 2 years and have to say they have the best Poppers I have had from anyone.
Their own brand Poppers ( Holy Water, Brain Drain, Sissy, Bator, and Sissy) are absolutely amazing.

Postage is really quick and discrete and the Customer Service is extremely good and helpful.

I can say it all in two words. THE BEST. The poppers are really well packed. Despatch is really quick. Just an excellent all round service.

The downside. So popular that they are sometimes out of stock.

I’ve ordered poppers from Twisted Beast multiple times and keep coming back. The products are good and work very well! I appreciate how they come shipped, and have not had a problem yet. My personal favorite is Bator, I always get multiple bottles of it and I highly recommend it. I’ve shared twisted beast with several friends, who have also ordered and said they enjoyed the products. I look forward to more.
