Card took 6 days to arrive just


Card took 6 days to arrive just received it in time, was starting to worry that is wasn't going to turn up at all, but when it did finally arrived it looked the same as picture on website and the quality was good

Hi Stacey, we are glad the card was how you expected it to be. I would like to point out that we do dispatch our cards on the same day or the next working day. When we dispatch our cards it is then down to Royal Mail to deliver. We have no control over that as we are not Royal Mail and are not connected to them in any way. Due to Covid-19 they are suffering a bit and as pointed out on our site delivery can take slightly longer in some cases.
I do hope this does not put you off using us again as we do try our hardest and like I said. We have no control over the delivery service.

Your card was dispatched on the 14th of Sep. We are not in control of delivery, that is down to Royal Mail. If they did not deliver it to you then you should have contacted us to let us know and we could have sent you a replacement.

Fast efficient service

Fast efficient service. Good quality card. Only reason i gave 4 stars is bevause of postage it cost £3.99 in total

We are glad you like the card. Sorry you find the postage a little high, however you will find this is reflected in the actual card price. For example if you look at our competitors online you will find their cards + postage is actually more expensive overall than our service.
