I’m getting more messages from trustpilot than cards. I ordered 3 cards separately on the same day - one after the other - I have only received one - not amused at all

Just to be clear for all other users. This person made 3 separate orders. Paid 3 separate postage. All cards were sent together. They arrive separately and we get slated and bad reviews. Go figure

Wanted rude birthday cards as not available in M/C,found exactly what wanted here.Sorry but do not like any of your religious cards as even though not religious do not like making fun of it.Very happy with my choice as was person that it was bought for

Brilliant service, brilliant quality
The website is really easy to navigate, ordering is straightforward and the price shown is the price you pay, no sneaky add-ons at the checkout. The cards arrived within a couple of days and the quality of the product is excellent. No complaints at all from me and I'll continue to use your site.

Nor did i see on purchase the limited resources on post this company have placed in getting the product out on time, unlike other card companies who are able to complete next day deliveries.
1st class leaving you should have arrived next day. My order was placed at 9.45 am Saturday If you feel that weekend collection are needed then perhapes use a postal company that can supply that service.
Not forgetting its the service I paid you for, not yourselves.

Hi, I am sorry you felt you had to give us such a bad review. You ordered a card on Saturday. As I am sure you are aware Royal Mail do not collect post on weekends so the card would have been collected by Royal Mail Monday. Royal Mail state 1-2 days for First Class post so the card would arrive either today or tomorrow.
