Quick delivery and very funny card totally my friends sense of humour which is hard to find sometimes.

Ordered three days in advance
Ordered three days in advance , next day first class, still not here and birthday past. dont care if it turns up now bought another one, you can thorough it in the bin.

I do understand your annoyance however you ordered during a Royal Mail strike. Was it our fault that Royal Mail did not deliver to you when they were on strike? We dispatched same day. They failed to deliver. Its small business like ours that suffer due to them being on strike and then reviews like this which is out of our control that do even more damage. Thank you.

I am sorry your card did not arrive on time. We always post the same day on orders placed before 4pm and the next day after 4pm. Once we have dispatched it is in the hands of Royal Mail. I wish we had control over Royal Mail but we do not. There is also no other way for us to get cards out. Who would pay courier prices on a 2.99 card?
Again we are sorry and hope next time Royal Mail performs as quickly as we do then people would not be disappointed.

Still waiting for a card ordered over a week ago. No response to e mail and contact phone number no longer taking calls.

You purchased the card at 7pm on Thursday. The card was dispatched on Friday 1st class. We no longer have control of that card it is down to Royal Mail. Giving us 1 star is a bit harsh do you not think? If we were in control of Royal Mail then it would be deserved but we are a small company trying to survive in a world of harsh people.

I ordered a birthday card and it didn't…
I ordered a birthday card and it didn't come in time even though I received a gmail saying it had been dispatched with royal mail 1st class delivery 3 days prior to that. But when it arrived the relative was happy with it,shame it came the day just after their birthday.

We are really sorry the card arrived late. It was dispatched the same day of order and it was sent 1st class. Unfortunatly there is nothing we can do to speed Royal Mail up as they are a completely different company to us. Wish we could have got it to you sooner but as I say that is down to Royal Mail not us.

Twisted gifts have amazing customer service!! I ordered a card and it appears that’s the settings from the browser I used, defaulted to a previous address when entering the recipients address for a card was sending.
After speaking with customer service once I’d realised what had happened, they helped me to understand what had possibly gone on, and resent a card to the correct address, free of charge!! Amazing!
Thank you very much again for all your help in finding a resolution
