Done been trying to cancel my Subscription but they just wont let me. I followed the instructions and I never got an email send directly to me to cancel it. When I contacted their support they just send me the same link from their website that i clearly stated was not working... When asked to cancel on their end I was left on delivered. They've been taking my money for a while now too. All I wanted to do is move providers. Another thing to note if your going to ask them to cancel it on thier end its not gon happen. DONT FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID IM STILL TRYNA CANCEL IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK!

Scam, they don't open any functionality but take money for subscription. They don't answer any emails.

I wouldn’t recommend using scam companies. At this point they probably sell your data as well.

Can't cancel through the website as the cancellation link is invalid. Even after emailing and communicating with the person behind the service who advised me that my subscription was cancelled i was billed again.

Had to call my bank to cancel the charges. Dont use this service if you want to go through that hassle.

Do not use twixify. I have cancelled my subscription since March but they still charge my credit card every month. The only solution is for me to now block the card since I have written to customer support for help without any solution. Stay Away from Twixify, I repeat!!!

There is a button on the website which says "cancel subscription"—but when you click on it, you just get logged out. I also removed my credit card information from my profile yet I am still being charged.

I reached out to customer support and still no response.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WONT PAY YOU TO MAKE SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEOS. THEY FASLEY LEAD CREATORS ON TO CREATE VIDEOS WHICH GET THEM CUSTOMERS. THEN THEY NEVER PAY. (The owner will reply to this saying he has never heard of such nonsense in his life... Trust me people do not trust the manipulative bullies in this company)

They still havent paid me. I was hired to create content social media content for this website and the team never paid me or provided proof of payment. I can't help but feel like I got scammed out of my time and effort. They didn't pay me or provide proof of payment for agreed amount.

Good, but needs improvement. The word limit is a pain in the ass. I've noticed that it works well with shorter texts only. Don’t expect to do 1K+ words without facing error codes and shit.

Not paid to write this by undetectable AI or another competitor. Here is my brutally honest test results from Twixify. Did a little test. Note that for my test, a bypass only counts when the AI detector shows at least 90% human. They claim to be able to bypass all major AI detectors but here are my results: Quillbot AI detector bypass rate: 1/3 bypasses (only got above 90% human written once). GPTzero bypass rate: 0/3 bypasses (all 3 attempts only got 60% - 80% human. Never went over 90% once). Turntin bypass rate: 3/3 bypasses but that may be due to the fact that Turnitin has a less accurate ai detection algorithm.

Easy to use. 10 second processing time has to be a joke tho.

Word limit is capped at 2k words. Whenever I have a 5k+ word essay, i need to continuously go back and humanize it by 2k words at a time. Fix this please and let us do unlimited words at a time.

I do not recommend Twixify at all. I canceled my subscription twice, yet they still charged me without my authorization. I contacted customer support, but they have not provided a clear solution or processed my refund. It is frustrating that a platform does not respect subscription cancellations and continues to charge users without consent. Be very careful if you are considering subscribing.

Loading issue needs to be fixed. Other than that it works quite well. What am I supposed to do during the 3 - 5 seconds it takes to humanize the text? It may not sound like a long time at first glance, but imagine if you need to humanize 100 pieces of text at 400 words each. That’s nearly 8 and a half mins wasted in processing time.

3 months worth of my work gone when i couldn't log back into my account one day. There is also no option to go back and see your history of what you text you have humanized in the past.

I have been asking for a subscription cancellation for 20 days!! I have contacted them in all possible emails I could find.
There is Nathan, replying to my emails, always reassuring but no action taken!!
My account was still charged for another month, so now I'm expecting a refund as well - 11 days have passed, still no refund!!

The app didn't work for me at all. Inappropriate style for academic writing.

Never pay for this. Just make new free trial accounts over and over again and you will never need to buy a subscription.
