At Together We Make A Difference (TWMAD), we are committed to empowering children and young people to achieve positive outcomes through bespoke mentoring, coaching, and support programs. Our mission is to guide and inspire young people, helping them build resilience, confidence, and the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. We collaborate with schools, local authorities, and community organisations to deliver impactful interventions that address behavioural, emotional, and social challenges. Whether it’s supporting transitions, reducing school exclusions, or helping young people re-engage with education and positive activities, our experienced team provides individualised support that makes a lasting difference. Our services include: 1:1 Mentoring & Coaching – Providing children with a trusted mentor who offers guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to overcome barriers. School-Based Programs – Helping schools manage transitions, improve attendance, and support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. Community Engagement – Delivering creative and recreational programs that create opportunities for children to engage in positive activities. At TWMAD, we believe that together, we truly make a difference. Our approach ensures that every young person feels valued, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. I have never met a team with such


I have never met a team with such knowledge, skill, empathy and passion for young people. Working alongside TWMAD with vulnerable and in need young people is an amazing experience. As a business they go above and beyond which makes working with them easy. They are flexible, adjustable and will ensure that a robust package is in place in the best interests of the young people. Their staff have a key ability to build relationships with our young people supporting them to be safe and the professionals to develop safety plans. They share information in a timely manner ensuring safeguarding and will work alongside the children and their families to support stability and consistency teaching and mentoring both in the home and in the community. The team are keen to develop young people’s interests and engage them in a range of activities from creating their own music to swimming. Top service, well developed business with children at the heart and skilled staff!!

Interacted brilliantly with my son
Especially when he needed it the most to keep him on track and out of trouble.
Great advice given, my son had the uttermost respect and took onboard all the encouragement and advice given.
