Another Chinese Company
First of all this scam company hid there location, I thought I was doing business with a company in the US. Secondly on their website they say to measure your head to get a hat that fits right. After receiving the hat on January 20, order date December 30, it was in an envelope that was two small and was flattened, it was supposed to be a fedora. At over $53.00 I was not impressed, it was also cheaply made. When I emailed them, and I have to give them credit for answering back in a timely manner, they told me that there was no size, that one size fits all. That is not what was on their website! Besides being flattened, the hat was too big. This is a typical Chinese company with over priced cheap quality. As I said I looked them up first and their address was in the US, but they are NOT which I didn't find out until I saw the tracking. I'm beginning to think that buying things online is not a good idea. These Chinese companies are very good at hiding the fact that they are Chinese companies until after they get your money. They want me to keep the hat and give it to a family member or someone else and give me 1/2 off, that means that I still get to pay over $25.00 for a hat that I can't wear. I'm sick of these companies getting away with cheating American consumers!!!! I would like to add that this morning I received an email from this company and they agreed to give me 80% of my money back. I still can't wear the hat but at least I get something back. The return has not happened yet, but if it does not happen I will let you know. Thanks
