These people are pure scam artists,they stole 1200 euro of my money in October 2024,in 12 months they have done nothing for me and refuse to refund me or attempt to fix the situation. I wish I did more research at the beginning as its clear now I'm not the only 1 they have done this to,a disgrace of a company that's going down the toilet fast.

The only 5 star rating is provided by the owner Jennifer Haskins. That’s shows the level of deception.

This was a complete waste of money! I’m fairly easy you going and gave only 2 dealbreakers for me and every match I was given had these 2 issues, also matches that didn’t communicate and was then told this was an introduction! Matching someone with someone that’s lives 3.5 hours away is also a waste of time, I got zero support and little communication throughout I really may as well have thrown my money down the drain, I was advised not to do it but I did anyway but it was a complete money racket!!

Avoid. Completely charlatans

I tried this company despite my sister trying it and saying she found it terrible. I thought perhaps she was biased, but this was a huge waste of money.

I was hopeful and excited as believed I would get better quality matches through a paid service over a the volume that online dating provides.

However, while Sasha sold me on a vision of what I could find through her company she had incredibly poor selection skills when it came to matches, showing she didn't know or understand her client (myself) at all.

The matches she paired me with were uninteresting and unattractive to me and at times really unnerved me. She seemed to decide what my "type" was for me and didn't change up her selections at all when I said I did not like the people she was pairing me up with. I think she possibly flourishes with a very specific demographic, but if you fall outside of it, don't waste your money or your emotions.

I have little trust in matchmaking services in NZ now and am wary to repeat the experience.

I felt there was a lot of pressure from the owner Jennifer Haskins to up-sell and get more money from me.

I had intended signing up for the standard level membership €695, Jennifer said that men of my educational level would be at the Gold level €1,500, she strongly advised me to upgrade to guarantee more suitable matches ... which I stupidly did :-(

Of my four introductions, I felt only one was in some way a 'good match'. Two of the men I met seemed to have difficulty holding a conversation. None were paying a Gold level membership, one actually told me his membership had expired but Jennifer asked him to go on the date as a favour as she didn't have enough men on the books.

The office admin at the time Amy, was professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Very poor service. The most interest I got from the owner was when she reeled me in and got me to pay (a lot) of money up front for promised dates.
No research was done into the suggested matches and the dates were over in 30 minutes. Then Covid struck and dates were suspended, understandably, but no refund was given for money paid where dates were not confirmed. I felt vulnerable and lonely after my divorce and this company exploited it.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Very professional service, they couldn't be nicer, very supportive and genuinely want you to meet someone special.

I was a bit apprehensive to be honest but Niamh was so supportive and engaging throughout. I would highly recommend - just go for it!

Absolute scam artists.Two dates I had were a nightmare. I refused one because it was too far away. 250km. . Every match was miles away and then the condescending and obnoxious receptionist Niamh will talk down to you from her high horse about how you should be open to driving three hours for a date you won’t even find worthwhile anyway... Why don’t you try that Mrs? Once they have your money there is no cancellation and no cooling off period etc. I was scammed out of 1200€. Money wasted, not even a follow up to ask why I cancelled or to ask was there anyway they could make it up to me. How about a refund of at least 800€? Avoid. Hope karma gets you. AVOID!

I can't believe this people walk everyday still have face to walk around the street with no shame.
They will get info so they no how to make you pay
nothing so called subscription type it's a lie you don't see the list years of scam that's how they do it.

your payment depends on what you do in life if you have a descent job you pay more with same subscp with others which a bogus subsp only one list no know client list only them. there the one matching list put you in a situation to pay more even you agreed on something bec you can pay they know from consultation call charge you 200€ for that and suscp 1395€ numbers are all bogus as i explain above some people pay less

once you pay your subscp your like a prisoner do to be told even its not a match intentionally so easy money

A total and utter scam, whatever you do, do not give these people your money. The way they treated me was nothing short of abhorrent. They stole 800€ of my money for nothing and looking at other reviews, its a common occurrence. Stay away and eventually this crowd will fold.

This dating service is a complete scam. I paid €1,200 for the standard package, 4 dates over 12months. Within 3weeks I had been on 2 dates. Which both men were utterly an embarrassment and not my type at all. After each date I rang them and gave the service my review and asked for them to either be honest and admit they didn’t have a suitable match for me or take the time to find one that meets all my criteria. I went on a 3rd date 2weeks after that and it was just as bad as the other 2. I’ve cancelled my membership but will not see any of my money back. They gave false promises but could not provide the service they sold to you when you meet with Jennifer. Do not use them!!

Hollie, she is very professional and knew exactly what colours to use for my hair, the cut and colour not only lifted me and my drab hair, the time spent in the salon was brilliant. I cannot recommend Hollie enough, just so grateful to have had the chance to meet her, she really knows her profession. 5*

This company charged me €1500 for a medium rated package for 4 dates over 12 months, I went on 2 dates and both men weren’t suitable. I contacted Two’s company for another meeting last November and never heard back from them. Now they don’t answer their Dublin phone and their mobile is cut off,
I’ve been ripped off!! How totally unprofessional. Doubt if I will ever see my money back. Don’t use them, be very careful. The sales pitch sucks you in with Jennifer

All they want is your money. They didn’t have a person for me to date so they contacted anyone who had been a member and begged them to go on a date…..didn’t matter if they were in a relationship or married now…they don’t have enough members so keep your money €695.00 And that’s just a starting price. Total rubbish company 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Their turnover rate must be in the high 90%, because their expectations for new hires in this difficult sales market make it impossible to stay afloat, especially for people who are newer to sales. In my time there, I saw at least 20 people either quit or be fired, most of which were within one week.
