They sold me a Hawk 250. Ideally an enduro bike. yet the mco came and says off road only. I realize these bikes don't have the greatest reputation as is, without many upgrades. But the engine is no good. I have it for two weeks... I have changed carb , battery, spark plug, stator, and I have checked everything. yet it will not turn over. I have spoken with a technician who told me to put in a parts request for a new engine, three days ago. I actually filled out their form for a parts request four days ago. I attempted to follow up on it being delivered. and i am getting the basic run arounds..."the person you spoke with isn't in today"... "I see an email where you submitted an odometer reading" so on and so forth. They pretend to not know or see their form for warranty part replacement. I was told by their Technician Carlos that I would be recieving a tracking number for the part on either wed, or thurs. and today no one knows anything. So i will be filing a civil suit. cannot find them on the BBB website credited or not acredited. My experience may not be yours... but I am giving mine just so you are aware of what you will be dealing with if you do run into a problem.

Immediately fell in love with the hawk x 250, and was delivered with free shipping 9 days after purchase. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with the free helmet that was advertised with it but for something that was gonna be free, I suppose it wasn’t that important, at least not to me. Aside from the one complaint would highly recommend.

i bought my scooter at march 30 2025

thats my first time with this company and never ever use again.

first of all i choose color white or blue but they called me and let me know they have just black and grey and i said thats ok make it black.

in the options i choose battery charger which is 24$ and i send them email for the essential kit and they said 69$ but when i come home i recieve a battery charger from amazon and i checked price its 9$ that makes me upset because i tought it will be a quality charger and i email them to return this charger. if you want to return charger here is the process

they send you a qr code and you need to go to KOHL which is 1 hour away from me and they charge %20 retock fee

than they said this is a business they need to make money and i told them this is not a business its dropship and why didnt put any specification like charger name that way i will know what i pay thats why im upset i wont use this charger on my bike

than customer service calling me and same thing explain me they need to make money this is a business and i dont like it and i already ask them question its a question "if i cancel scooter do i need to pay any restock or other fee??"

guy start yelling me and be upset and he said that im calculating his 10$ and hang up the phone on my face. i dont care how much he makes not my business but its not fair when u buy something from amazon 9$ and sell me 24$ and when i want to return send me 1 hour away and %20 restock fee.

than he said he dont want to make business with me no selling but he will cancel with their terms and conditons that mean they will charge me and i dont accept it.

today i recieve 2 email from them again

"you order will be canceled we can not ship this bike you are causing a lot of problems for us"

"I MAKE NO PROBLEM TO YOU JUST I ASKED TO REFUND FOR THE BATTERY CHARGER WHICH IS 24$ NOT THE MOTORCYLE IF YOU CANCEL YOU CANCEL BY YOUR OPINION AND I DONT ACCEPT TO PAY EXTRA"

so i have all emails and documents with me and he said my scooter ready for shipping and send me the picture and its really ready for ship but now he dont want to ship and i didnt recieve a full refund.

whats the damage

still dont know he will ship or not but i already told on email i am not canceling

and i did all this talks when im busy and working hard.

I have researched the bike that I purchased for 7 years now, and finally decided to buy it. There are numerous other sites who have it for sale, but I liked that TXPS has the shipping built into the price. TXPS also has far more pictures of their bikes from different angles, and a great selection of bikes. I also like that they take the time to be transparent about whether certain bikes are compliant with DOT, FMVSS, and EPA standards, so that you don't buy one and end up not being able to register it. I don't know the next time I will be buying another bike, but I'm sure TXPS will be the first place I check.

The website is easy to use and made the purchase of the go kart very simple.
Customer service and support is top notch and very professional. They answered all of my questions about the go kart features and helped me with the layaway process.

I ordered the Amigo RAPPI SUPER SPORT-50- High-Performance 50cc Urban Scooter, haven't received it yet, but website has great selection of scooter's to choose from and easy to order. Once I receive the scooter, I might come back and give 5 stars.

Well they are just now shipping it out, 2 weeks after purchasing it.

I ordered a vitacci blade fx250, this is not what I received. I received a 2022 Fangpower. A 3 year old UTV, some what the same model but not vitacci and 3 years old, I can't get over it's 3 years old. I researched vitacci and purchased according. I ordered a UTV from a competitor but cancelled the order when I found your blade was a whopping 69 inches, 5 inches taller than your competitor worth the extra $600 to me. unfortunately What I received was actually only 64 tall, big waist of my money. The battery came damaged with battery acid leaking all over the trunk, The windshield also came broken. We are missing the bolts that hold the doors in place and also clamps that hold the roof on. There are large scrapes on the inside and outside of the roof that looks like someone tried to cover up but looks terrible, front bumper is also all scrapped.

Good and easy experience

Great wide selection. I was looking to buy a Honda Rukus Clone. I was initially going to get the Icebear Maddog 150cc and then I found the Vicctus Ryker 150cc which almost Identical to the Maddog but saved $700. One of the few places that sells these vehicles that doesn't charge $399 shipping. The shipping was free. In summary there Bikes are cheaper than the competitors and does not have a shipping fee on top of it. I highly recommend. I will be buying the Icebear Maddog 150cc Trike soon and I will be buying it from them.

Came back in 2024 to get my sons a bike was a awesome experience both times definitely my go to place.
If your trying to decide what company to go with and found this trust me when I say they are the best and the cheapest!
