We're a company, Machaon DIagnostics, having some custom inserts made by Tycoon Packaging. I've been assisted by Joe Freecss. All through the question stage, design and measurements, to confirming the design, Joe has been fantastic, very meticulous and helpful. There was a delay on our end, and Joe was attentive and understanding throughout. It makes the process so much easier with great customer service like this.
