My old Nokia Asha 300 stopped responding to touch screen. One repairer at the Metro Centre didn’t think it worth fixing.
Tyne Tech agreed to have a go with a spend limit of £20. They sourced and fitted a new screen/digitiser for £20.

Very quick, professional and same day repair service. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the level and speed of service received! I was so impressed. I had an entire new screen and frame installed along with a new camera lens cover on my iPhone 8 Plus for a such a good price. 40 mins repair took them only 30 mins. I travelled a long way for the repair and it was worth every penny and mile travelled. Thank you so much.

These guys were amazingly kind and helpful!!! My phone had got wet in my pocket while it was raining and came up with the blue screen of death... I took it into the shop after and they got it working back to normal within about 15 minutes!! And they didn't even charge me! :) I know a lot of places probably would have done so I really appreciated this and just how kind and friendly they were. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be coming back here for any other problems I have! :)

Have been here at least twice for screen repair and water damage on my iPhone X. Both times they have been great and explained everything in detail and the phone has been good as new! Fantastic service as always.

I've been coming here for years and always had good service and have recommended the business to family and friends who have always had good experience here. I recently just had a Samsung s8 screen repair fixed at a really good price. Must visit for any gadget issues.

Long story about shabby service from John Lewis. TT repaired within days and at a fraction of the price.
This was in January 2019. Phone still working perfectly. No problems whatsoever.
I wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Just picked up my repaired Dell laptop from here. Very impressed. Did a really good and speedy job in replacing the Screen and hard disk drive. Communication was clear. Prices are very reasonable. Recommended.

I smashed my i phone XS and just walked in the store to get it fixed. I thought it was a write off as it was dented and screen smashed pressing the touch button permanently down! I was assured by the staff that it will be fixed 100% I was pleasantly surprised to get it back as good as new in just a few hours!!! Amazing :-) courteous and very professional service.

MacBook Pro 2017 screen replaced quickly and at half price of Apple. Qualified and Professional technicians. Informed me on how to keep the system updated and working at peak performance. Would highly recommend for all Mac repairs.

I do not normally leave reviews but I felt the service i recieved was so good that I had to. I went in today with a severly damaged screen and broken back on my Samsung S7 Edge. The staff who served me was nothing short of amazing. By the time he had finished with it, which was within an hour, it looked better than when I first got it. The customer service skills were second to none. My phone wasn't even wiped which carphone warehouse insisted that they would have to do. Would definitely recommend this shop for phone repairs.

I brought in my Samsung S7 Edge for a battery replacement. First class service and my phone now lasts more than a day again!! Brilliant.
