I would like to share my experience with Amazon Attestation, which unfortunately has been very disappointing. My interaction with the company was related to arranging an insurance policy for my father. At the beginning, the process seemed straightforward, and the service fee was collected promptly.

However, after receiving the payment, the company repeatedly made excuses and failed to provide the promised service. Despite multiple follow-ups, the insurance policy was never issued.

As a result, I formally requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any reimbursement to date, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered.

Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have been left with no option but to raise a complaint with the consumer protection authorities.

I hope the company will address this matter promptly and resolve the issue in a fair and professional manner.

They might be good in document services but for Golden visa, they are not competent. I lost 2000aed between their services and the amount they take after refund + 3months of time because thrir Employee Kacey: 1- lost all my documents, confirmed that they had all necessary documents to get their services and golden visa before i paid the full amount, even thought i asked her to check my status 3times before i paid. Once paid ; she informed me that there was some issue.. so i lost 2000aed
