Absolument lamentable. Client depuis des années, abonné à Uber One. Commande passée chez Deli Traiteur avec Uber Eat. Le livreur annule la commande pour des raisons que je n’ai pas comprises, je l’appelle, il me répond « je ne sais pas où chercher la commande alors j’ai annulé », j’appelle Deli qui me répond « la commande a été annulée on ne peut rien faire », la commande m’est facturée malgré tout ! 17€. Je contacte immédiatement le service d’aide en ligne d’Uber Eat jusqu’à 6 ou 7 fois. Pas de réponse, pas de remboursement. 54 j se sont écoulés depuis. J’abandonne. Je ne me servirai PLUS JAMAIS de ce service.

Ik kreeg mijn bestelling nooit. Het bewijs van aflevering is een foto van een stoep waar enkel een zak eten op te zien is, geen gevels. Bovendien heb ik een afdakje aan mijn voordeur, dus dit slaat op niks. Bij contactname bij de bezorger was deze neerbuigend en boos, spraak geen woord Nederlands. Ik krijg geen retributie en word afgewimpeld door de klantenservice. Ik koop nooit nog via Uber eats, ik voelde me onveilig en slecht behandeld.

My name is Gabriel Vieira Galvan, and I am a driver-partner with Uber. I am experiencing a serious issue with receiving my payment.

I have already updated my bank account details correctly and submitted the required documents several days ago. However, the Uber Driver app continues to display the following message:

“Account needs attention. Updated information is unavailable right now. Please check back later to see if there’s more to do before you can receive payments.”

At the moment, I have a balance of €350.49 that I am unable to cash out, even after following all recommended procedures:

Updating my bank account information

Submitting all necessary documentation

Reinstalling the Uber Driver app

Contacting support with no resolution

I urgently request that this situation be resolved. If there is a manual hold or any pending issue on my account, please provide a clear explanation. If needed, I also request that this case be escalated to the Payments Team.

I am available to provide any additional information required. I look forward to an urgent response and a definitive solution.

there is 0 chance to speak with someone if you have a problem I have been charged €24.50 for my order with KFC Rogier #8CD99, That never arrived I have place 20 complains in the Help session No communication from Ubereats you complain with KFC and they said are not responsible. Honest is a total scamm since you have no support

driver came to my door with all my meal drenched in soda drink he apologised and said: you have to complain with uber because its not my fault 🙄 short story we had no meal the order later got classified as failed to deliver, we still waiting for a refund… customer service sucks in Nederlands

Un sav totalement nul, j'ai jamais reçu ma commande et ils ne veulent pas me remercier alors que je suis un client fidèle qui est abonné au Uber One.

Une société qui fait tout pour amasser de l'argent sans se soucier du client.

Je suis client Uber eats France, mais je me dois d'informer le monde entier 😁

Klantenservice is een absolute ramp. Mijn geld is geblokkeerd als "Uber Money" en niemand van de klantendienst kan of wil mij helpen.

59 livraisons cette année 2024 voici ma conclusion ....Que des ratés j'ai passé 50 livraisons ou ce n'était jamais ce que j'avais commandé pour ma femme et moi-même . Manque les boisons, pas de sauces , pas de crudités, mauvaise commande , le livreur livre 4 repas en même temps et comme leur sac Isotherme c'est de la mauvaise qualité quand vous êtes le dernier à être livré ben vous mangé tout froid.
J'ai posé seulement deux réclamations un remboursement de commande et le 2ème un remboursement des frais de port mais le problème ce n'est pas les remboursements le problème c'est qu'on vous fait plus confiance ni à vos partenaires ni à vos livreurs...Dernière chose si vous offrez des réductions sur commande faites les par rapport aux profils des gens vos réductions 15% sur votre commande de 30€ valable jusqu'au prochain jour vous pouvez les mettre où je pense . Compte clôturer et maintenant on va tester Deliveroo qui est à mon avis plus professionnel que vous et qui respecte le client contrairement à vous.

Terrible company with terrible service. Monopolizing Canada. Should be ashamed of their way of conduct. If you can, choose another company.

Ik krijg een kartonnenpizza van Pizzahut, deze was dan ook koud samen met mijn knoflookbrood. Na melding bij Ubereats krijg ik aan dat mijn bestelling geen terugbetaling mag of hulp. Ongelooflijk toch
