In my experience, their support department is quite prompt and very transparent. I got a bonus and guidance with my trading, and I have learned a lot in the process. I will definitely re-invest. Great job, guys!

Ubuntu market has scammed me took my money and blocked my access to the account refused my withdrawal.

The trading has gone smoothly and although I was enthusiastic and expectant withdrawal have not been made within the allotted time frames
My doubts regarding Ubuntu authenticity have grown significantly as a result especially when all the material has been made available sadly they don’t answer the phone.

I was afraid and doubtful but the agent I chatted with on ‘Qxrine did’ made things simple and I was able to withdraw twice and they both went smoothly.

When i joined i was asked for a deposit of $250 which i deposited. I was told that i could be taught how to Trade and that i would be assigned an account Manager. I was also told that i could do weekly withdrawals on the $250 of a return of approximately $1000. I was assigned to different Managers and both Managers had one agenda for me to fund the Account. They were not interested in building a relationship of mutual Trust and respect. They spent most times calling for an update concerning me increasing my deposit at a time when i had not seen the skill of the manager to increase the $250 account and at a time when I had not tested the platform itself. The platform also had negative social media reviews which of course would have made anyone sceptical. Which i communicated to the Account Manager I was assigned to who later told me that since i did not find them trustworthy i should take my money elsewhere. I was also advised that the company was too big to take the time to monitor a small account of $250. If that was the case why did the company waste my time and the accounts managers time flighting Facebook advertisements requesting clients who would deposit $250.I am left with an open Trade of $250 which the account manager told me to enter and who is no longer interested in closing or monitoring anymore because i asked him to be patient as i tested his skill and the system to counter the negative feedback that was on social media.

Dear Ubantu i have already gone through your investigation process. I indicated that i wanted to withdraw. I am still waiting for my funds. You automaticly began to deduct a set fee for an inactive account. i responded by sending proof that you had done a KYC and approved. i also processed my withdrawal. senting you my account details. i also noticed from the other reviews you do not return anyone monies back

I lost everything. And their solution is to trust them again.
Honestly. Run... give your money to charity.. at least then you would feel good about the loss.

UBUNTU MARKETS IS A SERIOUS SCAM‼️‼️‼️⚠️⚠️‼️‼️. They are diabolical, devil reincarnates. BEWARE‼️⁉️❗️ITS ALL A FRAUD‼️
They lure you in with very well crafted advertising on how you’ll make money. They start you off with a minimum USD 240, claiming that with that you’re assured of making a profit of USD 100 daily. Then once you deposit that’s when the drama starts unfolding. You’ll be assigned incompetent account managers who’ll keep on asking you to have endless, unnecessary zoom meetings with them where the main topic is how you should deposit more in your account. In the zoom meetings they’ll give you make belief stories on how they only handle big accounts of USD 1 mil, ie the Ubuntu black and Ubuntu premium accounts. They will then start bugging you to add more funds into your account because apparently the account they told you to open with usd 240 to make 100usd per day is too “small” to make money. They never place any trades maybe 1 or 2 per week, the rest of the time they just keep on bugging you to deposit. They also use this trick of opening big lots and not putting a stop loss, then they call you in once your equity starts depleting to add more funds for them to add leverage on your account otherwise it will be wiped out in the market. Once you give in and add more, they will help “rescue” the account but then after they’ll still keep on bugging you everyday to add more, please note all along all you’re still doing these stupid needless zoom meetings and no trade. In the zoom meeting they’ll be there bragging about how rich they are (the accounts managers). Also, they use pseudo names, mine was MARK HART. Then there was ROMEO, HENRY, ROBERT, GREG all fake identities! Now comes the time you want to withdraw your money. That’s where all hell breaks loose. They will try to compel and arm twist you not to make the withdrawal request. If they fail to do that, they will take it a notch higher to a new low. I had USD 5500, they got into my account, changed my password (which I was sent via mail by support) then opened many positions with big lots and without stoploss or take profits exposing my money to the market heartlessly. I could not close because they blocked me from closing or even modifying the position. They unblocked me in the morning after my money had been wiped out. The account manager MARK HART did this. Oh and not forgetting the threats and patronizing. Earlier on when I asked why my withdrawal was still pending review for three weeks they started threatening me that I was money laundering and that if I kept on asking questions it wouldn’t go down well for me and true to that it didn’t. My accounts manager MARK HART had also threatened me earlier that he would block me from accessing my account if I kept on closing positions that I had closed because I saw that he had placed miscalculated trades in the market. Eventually he did block me from accessing my account. They become vindictive once you tell them that you want to close the account. My advice is if you are already there just withdraw part of your money and let them have the rest, because if you attempt to withdraw all of it, they will wipe out your money, they are unsophisticated THIEFS‼️
I have proof of emails, WhatsApp messages, screenshots of phone numbers, I documented everything along the way. I can also access recorded phone conversations from my mobile provider.

Ubuntumarkets.com is a very serious scam:
When you first register they will give you full customer service and compliance check list. After depositing your money they will continue ask for more. You want to withdraw from your investment they will give you numerous excuses. They will make sure you have no access to their phone numbers, which I also believe they don't have. You ask for their compliance certificate, you will never get. You ask for the Proof of Payment that your money has been pushed through, is a war. You inquire more clarity and poor service and empty promises, your Account Manager goes silent. And they make sure is the only one to help you. You ask for the proof of residence and office operations in Sandton they claim. You ask to move mountains. In conclusion, customer acquisition is good but customer retention is far from good. Be warned.

They will first invite you through another platform,Now they will ask you to deposit and start earning big,when you make first deposit,they will keep on demanding more and more money to open more positions for you until they will dry your savings. They will now tell you that they lost the investement as you could no longer bring more money.it was a horror experience for me to know such platform. my account manager named Eric band will keep on changing his zoom i.d every time.How can i lost all my money where my acct manager is applying risk management?.They will all die shamefully.

I trusted the so called Ubuntu trading managers with my hard earned money and i was abandoned with huge debts to shyrocks and banks and closed down my business...All they want is deposits. They care less about you. They are self centered ..they will steal your money in the name of Trading.. How can somebody in the right mind drain a beginers account with fake promises..I dont need a plain to land in SouthAfrica. I will hunt them down

This is a very fraudulent organisation, a scam and criminal enterprise. They are out to steal your money just as they stole my 2200USD. Once you pay money into their so - called trading account, you cannot withdraw it. Their trading platform is rigged to ensure you only lose money. They are full of gimmicks. After stealing the money you deposited, they will claim to offer you a "bonus" if only you deposit more money. The new money you put in will also be stolen by them without your being able to withdraw a dime. CRIMINALS!

I need to withdraw my cash from this investment
My account manager had dissappeard after I had indicated that I'm no more interested.
The thing it's almost a week now
She doesn't answer my WhatsApp anymore and there us no way I can call her or the office.
Can someone help before I'm gonna spend time and money going to office.

Irresponsible use of limited funds, what turned out to be empty promises & constant badgering to increase investment resulted in loss of all funds. Never again with this lot.

The trading has gone well and I was hopeful and optimistic but withdrawal has not been forthcoming taking more than the stipulated timelines. This has really increased my skepticism about the genuineness of Ubuntu especially after all the documentation have been provided. Unfortunately, they do not pick calls. Very frustrating to be honest. Crossing fingers that they are genuine.

I have been with Ubuntu Markets for a few months and I can say that I have mixed feelings about the broker. The platform is effective and easy to use, which is great for a new traders like me. But when I needed help,getting through to them by phone was almost impossible. They only answer emails after a few day, however It’s not a bad broker. they definitely need to improve their support and level of efficiency.

Ubuntu Market is not for people who doesn't have money

During process of registration everyone was friendly and they gave false hopes that with the money you invested it's possible that you will receive a profit weekly.
Problems started when they kept on introducing new things that you don't know as a beginner and demanding more money for top up, bare in mind your source of income is salary where do you get $500 out of nowhere.
Then the person who was assisting me opened six investments at once, then following day another manager was assigned to take over.
The rudest person I ever met he called himself the best manager that's why they assigned him, he belittled me telling me that my account has no direction.
I don't remember his name but I kept quiet because I was so fed up, and I knew that time I was out.

When I heard about Ubuntu Markets, I was scared and skeptical but the agents I spoke to put my mind at ease and educated me with patience and passion as I was doing this for the first-time. Now I am confident and I am making money. Thank you for your assistance
