J ai pris un abo a 110 euros ,je suis musicien pro
je fais des prompt p^recis aider de ia mais il nes reste rien pas de possibilite de techarger , vraiment trés mauvais .

Really bad. I wanted a simple rhythmic cello track sinister, for a podcast background. It can't interfere with the reader's voice. The stupid thing generated various tracks with drums and other instruments and did not follow the prompts, a couple of times using new age electronic music barely resembling a cello. Waste of time, totally disgusted with sites like this who make you create an account to get your email and other information, then return terrible product/service. Why would anyone even pay for this? Chances are this company will take the money and run. You run instead. Far away from this site.

Many Users say that it's an alternative and competative of suno. Where do the users get that man?!. I don't see any features to say that. It's sound is too much raw and sounds unrealistic and very bad.
And for about 1 year, it's saying that they have partnershiped with Sony music industry and UMG. And paused all downloads for free users. It's a mess only and useless. And no major updates now comes for many months and I've forgotten what's the last update?

I’ll keep it real.....the platform itself is solid and the sound quality is impressive but the terms are way too restrictive for anyone serious about music. You don’t clearly get rights to download, distribute or commercially use your own tracks.....even as a paid subscriber. The company also claims ownership of the output.
That makes it hard to take this beyond just experimenting. If you’re trying to actually build a brand or release music, this isn’t the right tool. It feels more like a creative sandbox than a real production platform.
Great concept but the ownership and usage limitations hold it back

Suddenly they've blocked possibility to download tracks. With no email warning!!! It's three months now and still unable to download...

this is fraud and theft!!!!! after the fee there are no most important options, it only works in browsers for surveillance and spying on users, shit

I paid their subscription fee only to find out that I cannot save the music I created or even download. I cannot publish it on YouTube or anywhere else. It cannot only be accessed through their site! What a waste of money!

this product is junk. they don't even have any instructions to help you learn how to do the things. When I created music they never delivered it and I paid credits for that music

Doesn’t let you download the song your created with your paid credits!

Tellement mauvais, ergonomie a revoir et parlons pas du résultat. Seul avantage filtre moins rigide.

I liked the Plattform and was customer for a long time but after the removing from download was incorrect.

I do this music with my own mind and my own lyrics hour's of hour's night of night and than this...

I payed so much money and now all is gone...

For me it looks like the Developer take the money from us to grow bigger and research and now is working with "real" artist and some mainstream stuff. Not us the Customers who will help them to get bigger...stupid thank you for nothing...

Nul, une perte de temps, ne suit absolument pas le prompt, les consignes, même pas les paroles... bref je n'y reviendrais pas.

I feel completely misled by Udio. I subscribed specifically because the platform advertised that I could DOWNLOAD my creations. After I paid, Udio removed the download feature without any prior notice — the main reason I subscribed in the first place.

On top of that:

There is no button to cancel the subscription anywhere in my account.

Udio offers no refund options, even though they changed a core feature of the service after customers paid.

They removed downloads AFTER users had already created content, leaving me unable to access my own work.

Hiding the cancellation option effectively traps users into continued billing, which feels abusive and unacceptable.

I am requesting:

Immediate cancellation of my subscription.

A full refund, since the service no longer provides what was originally offered.

Temporary access to download my existing creations, which were made when the feature was still available.

A clear explanation of why the download feature was removed after payment and why the cancel option is not visible.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels like deceptive practice. I expect Udio to resolve this immediately.

Their support finally actioned on the refund and thus world order was restored.

Original review: Requested a refund, 1 hour after trying and failing to use the service. Not only did they ignore the request, the subscription continued and i was charged again.

Their cancellation flow is literally begging for your money. It's a clear sign that customers are running faster than the speed of sound from this business.

Depuis le 28 octobre, suite à un accord Udio/universal) les abonnements pro ne permettent plus de télécharger nos travaux, même générés à partir de sources personnelles. Malgré le paiement annuel pour conserver les droits sur nos créations Udio revient sur ses engagements sans proposer de désabonnement avec remboursement au prorata. En bref une escroquerie pour ceux qui leur ont fait confiance avec un abonnement annuel.

Bait and switch! Created TONS of songs, then suddenly, they don't allow users to download anymore, AFTER I paid with downloading being one of the features that got me to sign up!

Scumbags!

You can´t download the songs you created anymore. I hope udio breaks down completely soon.
